    v1.12.0 - Bugfix Release

    Jellyfin Desktop ships its final Qt 5 release with bug fixes, branding updates, and a cleaner experience. It fixes Wayland black screens, SRT subtitle rendering, server timeouts, Linux SSL issues, and web client caching, while removing obsolete skip intro support and dropping macOS 12 support.

    Important

    Please do not open any GitHub issues for this release. It is the last of the Qt 5 releases and we have recently changed the master branch to Qt 6.

    We will only be accepting GitHub issues relating to Qt 6 builds going forward. The latest of those builds are linked to in the

    This version fixes a bunch of bugs and removes the obsolete third party plugin for intro skipping. Please note this release drops support for MacOS 12 due to GitHub Actions dropping runner support.
