Admins can now control which payment methods (card, ACH, PayPal) appear on external payment links, with at least one required. Reduces fees and tailors the payment experience.

• Customize Payment Method for External Payment Links

  By default, CosmoLexPay offers your clients the option to pay with credit cards, bank accounts, or PayPal when they pay through Invoice Payment, Trust Retainer, or Website Payment links. To give you greater flexibility in tailoring payment options to your client preferences and business needs, you can now decide which payment options appear to clients by navigating to Account > CosmoLexPay. You can choose to select either Credit cards, ACH (Bank Transfer), or PayPal. For compliance and client usability, a minimum of one payment method must remain active.   To improve the accuracy of financial reporting, we have added a new invoice merge field [#PreviousMatterBalance2#] that shows a matter’s balance as of invoice date, unaffected by future payments.

  We have fixed a few issues in the application. • Firm email address will now receive an email notification when client downloads an invoice using invoice link if they have enabled Send Invoice Download Notification to the Firm’s Email Address under Setup > Firm Settings > Invoice Settings > Invoice delivery option. • Users will be able to see the key for the Top 5 Clients graph in the widget on the firm dashboard. • Users will be able to select specific pages for custom export in the Recent Activities dashboard.
