Notes and attachments are now visible only to members of a team, rather than anyone who can see a team. Organization members will continue to be able to see notes and attachments associated with public teams, and there is also no change to behavior on private teams

• Privacy default controls for goals and portfolios: This update allows admins in the admin console to set the starting privacy state of a portfolio or goal upon creation. This will not affect users' ability to switch the privacy state in the future.
