GitHub Copilot Panel — A new template for GitHub Copilot depth and realised value

Analytics Hub adds a GitHub Copilot panel that tracks adoption and behavior change across seven pages. It supports Viva Insights query output or CSV imports, with editable assumptions and synthetic sample data for an auditable report preview.

[Added] GitHub Copilot Panel joins the catalog. It runs on the Viva Insights GitHub Copilot query output, or a local CSV export if you cannot run the connector yet, and follows one arc across seven pages: Licensed, Active, Habitual, Deep, Valued. The point is behaviour change rather than output change — the move from autocomplete to delegation, priced from your own seat cost and loaded engineering cost. Every assumption sits in one editable config table instead of inside DAX, so the number you quote can be audited. Synthetic sample data ships with it, so the whole report renders before you connect a tenant. There is a two-minute intro on the card.

Scope AI Tasks — Plan and cost a Cowork run before you commit to it

Analytics Hub adds a private browser tool to estimate annual run costs from tenant usage and export named requests for approvers.

    Added

A new browser tool for the conversation that happens before a run, not the invoice that arrives after it. Describe the work, calibrate against the credits one run actually consumed in your own tenant, and it annualises the cost — because nobody mis-estimates a single run, they mis-estimate 260 runs times 100 people. Exports a named request an approver can act on. Uncalibrated, it reports the cost as unknown rather than guessing. Runs entirely in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

Multi-Budget Chargeback Report — Prepaid settlement, entitlement templates and a Post to GL export

Analytics Hub improves prepaid pool billing with fairer discounts, flexible entitlement imports, surplus controls, and precise, high-volume exports.

    [Added, Fixed]

Re-bills each organisation against the share of the prepaid pool it funded, so consumption order stops deciding who gets the discounted rate. Entitlements load from a downloadable template, by CSV, or pasted from Excel, and the report says exactly what matched. Surplus can be redistributed, rebated or held centrally. Post to GL exports one row per unit, ready for Apptio. Per-unit amounts now add up to the invoice to the cent, and the workbook export handles 200,000 users in about eight seconds.

Cowork Policy Helper — Policy Helper v1.2 — numbered tiers and a roster-first layout

Analytics Hub makes policy tiers easier to scan and refreshes the impact bar, roster, and exception queue immediately after edits.

[Changed, Fixed] Policy tiers are numbered Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 rather than named, which reads more easily against real spending policies. The user roster now opens the report, since it is the working surface. Changing a rate or editing a tier allowance refreshes the change-impact bar, roster and exception queue immediately.

Cowork Policy Helper — Cowork Policy Helper first release

Analytics Hub adds a browser-based spending-policy manager with live impact previews, demo data, exception review, and policy assignment exports.

[Added] A spending-policy manager with live impact preview and demo data, running entirely in the browser. Assign users to spend tiers by attribute, review the exception queue, and export a point-in-time record of who sits on which policy.
