    How to Access AI Business Analyst:

    We’ve made all PatientNow Pro reporting accessible through the PNP application– streamlining your reporting workflow and eliminating the need for switching between applications.

    New Features

    PatientNow Customer Custom Reports

    Some customers previously had paid custom reports made in Integrated Reporting, which they had to access by logging into the Integrated Reporting website separately from their PNP application.

    With Integrated Reporting being deprecated on May 14, these reports have been replicated in the Insights Hub (unmasked only for the customers these reports pertain to). This enables customers to view their reports all in one spot, with an updated design.

    How to Access Custom Reports (If Applicable):

    • Reports function the same as existing Insights Hub reports
    • Accessible via: ReportNow → Insights Hub
    • Visibility is restricted to users who had custom reports made in Integrated Reporting

    Integrated Reporting Dashboards

    As Integrated Reporting is being deprecated on May 14, the most frequently used reports and metrics have been rebuilt within the Insights Hub with improved accuracy and design.

    The replicated dashboards include:

    • Revenue Dashboard
    • Payments Dashboard
    • Client Demographics Dashboard
    • Appointment Detail Dashboard

    While these dashboards were previously only available to Integrate Reporting users, they are now available for all PNP users in the application.

    Managing your waitlist just got easier. You no longer need to add a patient to the schedule just to add them to the waitlist. Now, in PatientNow Pro, you can open “View Wait List" and click “Add New” to add a patient directly to the waitlist. You’ll also see a new “Facilities" field so you can capture the location the patient prefers.

    • MyPatientNow Registration Errors Resolved: Patients were getting stuck during registration because of registration fields that were hidden from the user. These hidden fields no longer trigger validation errors, so patient registration can now be completed without interruption.

    When will I receive the funds?

    How are repayments handled?

    Customize Injectable Measurements

    You can now specify measurement units for each injectable—whether that's ccs, mLs, or units—giving you precision where it matters most.

    Set the correct unit of measurement for each injectable product, and it'll carry through everywhere you need it:

    • Patient Chart – Injectable tab displays your chosen units
    • Injectable Types – Default presets respect your measurement preferences
    • Reports – Injectable Patient With Lot Number report reflects accurate units
    • Documentation – Encounter note snippets pull in the right measurements automatically

    More accurate charting. Better reporting. Less confusion about what "2" actually means.

    Require User Signatures

    No more mystery about missing signatures. When users need to add their signature to chart or sign notes, they'll now get a clear prompt that tells them exactly what to do.

    The signature prompt appears in two scenarios:

    • Accessing a user profile without a saved signature
    • Signing an encounter note on desktop or iOS

    Instead of hitting a wall, users get straightforward guidance to complete their signature—keeping documentation flowing and charts compliant.

    • Location Button: Now responds on the first click for a smoother experience.
    • Card Number Validation: Alerts users to invalid card numbers during checkout.
    • Communication History: Online Booking appointments now appear correctly in the patient’s history.
    • Countdown Timer: Timer continues accurately on the payment screen for consistent session timing.

    Patient Portal

    • Registration Field Settings: Edits now save correctly in MyPatientNow, even during initial syncs.
    • Responsible Party Type: Selecting “I am the responsible party” now correctly remains as “Self.”

    Treatment Pathways

    • Action Dates: Automatically update when linked appointments are rescheduled, ensuring accurate treatment plans.

    Reporting

    • Product Names: Now display consistently across “Products by Received” reports.
    • Payment Linking: Payments now correctly associate with active payment methods, even after replacements.

    Invoicing

    • Duplicate Payment Types: Each name must now be unique.
    • Refunded Prepaid Items: Refunded items no longer show as received when redeeming other prepaids.

    Workstation Computers

    • Text Message Timestamps: Now reflect the user’s local time.
    • Desktop Announcements: Display correctly on all screen scaling settings.
