Posts in the calendar now display clear status labels: Draft, Pending (approval), Approved, and Scheduled.

With the status right on the card, you can spot what's waiting for approval, what's good to go, and what's still a work in progress at a glance.

Hint: for an extra layer of feedback, network icon colours are grey unless the post is scheduled or published. So if it's not coloured, it won't go out.

When you drag a post into a predefined timeslot on the calendar, the time gets assigned automatically.

Before, dragging a post meant landing it on the right day — then opening it to set the right time. Now, if you've set up timeslots, the post snaps to the correct time the moment you drop it.

Email notifications now include a full post preview and an approve button — so when everything looks good, you can approve on the spot.

No tab-switching. No logging in just to click approve. If the post is ready, the email is all you need.

We've updated how notifications work so nothing gets stuck waiting on a response. Now, whenever approval is required for a post to go live, approvers get automatic reminders:

• 48 hours after an approval is requested
• 24 hours before the post is scheduled to go live

If you'd like to turn this off for specific workspaces, you can easily do so in workspace settings.
