Zoho Connect now embraces Apple’s Liquid Glass design language on supported iPhone, iPad, and Mac devices. The updated interface introduces elegant translucent effects, refined animations, and a modern visual experience that feels more responsive while maintaining the familiar navigation and functionality.

We've also introduced a new Greeting widget that lets you welcome users with personalized messages when they land on the dashboard, making their experience more engaging from the moment they sign in.

The Audience feature helps you organize users into meaningful groups using profile attributes such as department, location, designation, interests, and custom fields. Share posts, events, manuals, and dashboards only with relevant users to improve engagement and reduce information overload. Audience Dashboards also let you deliver personalized content and updates to different teams across your organization.

Comments are now indexed separately, making them searchable as independent results. Instead of opening multiple posts to find a conversation, you can search directly for comments and quickly jump to the exact reply you’re looking for, helping you discover important discussions faster.

Content moderation is now seamless. Admins can review posts and approve or reject them from the moderation panel. When rejected, authors receive clear feedback, allowing them to update and resubmit their content.

As an admin, you can now decide who is allowed to create specific post types such as Questions, Ideas, Polls, and others. This helps maintain content quality, prevent misuse, and ensure structured discussions within your network.

Zoho Connect's dashboard now supports video in the Sliding Banner widget.

You can use videos to highlight announcements and key updates, making communication more engaging and visually impactful for employees.
