Turn completed tours into meaningful engagement with LineLeader and Birdeye
Birdeye adds a LineLeader integration that syncs child details when a tour is marked complete, helping childcare providers follow up faster with review, survey, and referral requests and reduce manual work.
A completed tour is an important moment in a family's journey with a childcare provider. The Birdeye integration with LineLeader helps businesses make the most of that moment by connecting tour activity with customer engagement.
When a child's tour is marked as complete in LineLeader, the LineLeader Tour Complete trigger automatically syncs the child's details to Birdeye. This eliminates the need to manually identify families and transfer their information before following up.
Once the information is synced, Birdeye can use the configured trigger to send review, survey, and referral requests. This gives childcare providers an easier way to stay connected with families and gather feedback throughout their journey.
Key capabilities:
- Follow up at the right moment: Engage families after a tour is complete, while the interaction is still fresh.
- Reduce administrative work: Automatically move child details from LineLeader to Birdeye instead of handling the process manually.
- Create more opportunities for feedback: Use surveys to learn how families feel about their experience.
- Strengthen your reputation: Encourage families to share their experiences through review requests.
- Turn happy families into advocates: Use referral requests to help generate new opportunities through word of mouth.
By bringing LineLeader and Birdeye together, childcare providers can connect an important point in the family journey with a consistent engagement strategy - helping teams spend less time on manual follow-up and more time building relationships with families.

Customer availability: Direct enterprise customers and Channel (partner) customers.
GA date: July 10, 2026Why we built this:
- Shared dashboards previously supported view-only access, limiting collaboration.
- Users had to duplicate dashboards to make changes, resulting in multiple versions of the same dashboard.
- Teams needed a simpler way to collaboratively build, update, and maintain dashboards.
Key capabilities:
- Grant edit permissions to specific users, teams, or roles.
- Collaborate on a shared dashboard without creating duplicate copies.
- Keep everyone in sync, as edits made by one user are reflected for all users with edit access.
- Continue using view-only access for users who only need to consume dashboard insights.
- Manage permissions by choosing between View and Edit access while sharing dashboards.
Outcomes:
- Improve collaboration across teams working on dashboards.
- Eliminate duplicate dashboards and version inconsistencies.
- Simplify dashboard management with a single shared source of truth.
- Enable faster reporting and more efficient teamwork.
