• Game Details Page - Added Download Progress tracker to custom play section.
• Game Update Checking - The plugin now automatically checks for game updates and displays update progress on the play section bar (Needs more tests - please share feedback on our discord )
• Improved Gamepad Navigation - Enhanced focus management and smooth scrolling across all UI elements for better controller support
• Uplay Support (Epic) - Added automatic prerequisite installer and login flow for Epic games requiring Uplay/Ubisoft Connect. You need to connect your Epic account with Ubisoft Connect for this to work
• Fixed Multi-language Play Button. Native play button hiding now works correctly across all Steam UI languages
• Fixed Custom Launch Options being overriden/cleared
• Fixed Game details page not loading properly in offline mode
• Fixed Download error reporting with categorized messages for better troubleshooting

• Custom Install/Play Buttons - All Unifideck games will have custom Install/Play buttons to imitate the native SteamOS experience also to allow conditional game states and launch settings

• Simple/Detailed Game Info Section Toggle - You can now toggle between a simple (hide game metadata) and detailed view -for users who prefer minimalism.

• Language Selector for GOG - If a GOG game supports multiple languages, you will get a popup asking you to select your preferred language to download.

• Force Compatibility Settings - The plugin will now try to respect the selected Proton version if you have 'Force the use of specific Steam Play Compatibility tool' enabled.

• Steam Account Switching (Beta) - If you have multiple steam accounts and switch between them, you will be presented with options to either clear the current auth and games or migrate them to new account.

• Offline Mode for Epic Games - Epic games will now run in Offline Mode. Thanks @Lazer-zx5

• Fixed Landscape Grid Images

• Fixed Custom Tabs not being rendered after latest Steam update

• Fixed Sync pulling the same pending records every time on subsequent syncs.

• Fixed some redistributable installations for GOG games like BG3

• Fixed duplicated shortcuts being created sometimes. These will be cleaned on startup.

• Artwork Sync/Force Sync Fixes - Fixed artwork missing issues from last release. Will now force sync all artwork properly if artwork option selected.
• New Source of Metadata - Moved away from RAWG API to custom database for Metadata. Your existing data should still work but simply force sync if you had any issues with the previous source.
• Metacritic - Now fetches data directly from Metacritic.
• Install Buttons - Install/Uninstall Buttons are now moved to the Game's details/metadata section for easier accessibility ( @xXJSONDeruloXx )

UNIFIDECK v0.5.2

Rich Metadata - Game Details screen will now show almost all data that a normal Steam game might display, including Tags, Developer, Steam Deck Verified and other buttons. Store Page will lead you to the actual store page of the game if a Steam page does not exist for it. (Requires one time Sync/Force Sync and restart for data to load)

Icon Downloads - Sync/Force Sync (with Artwork) will now also download icons for most games

Localization Updates

• Add Ukrainian language (@moi952 , @Zadeerade) , Improved Russian ( @ISorokaI )
• Launcher will now try to load games in the language that is selected in the localization options (where supported)

UI / UX Updates

• Cleaner and more accessible download interface with better buttons and alignment ( @moi952 )
• Better Store Login/Logout buttons and indicators with associated icons ( @moi952 )
• Install/Uninstall button should now be generally accessible via controller navigation for all users

GOG Galaxy for Online Games

• Games like Gwent will now be able to connect to GOG Galaxy for online play.

Accessibility and QOL Updates

• Localizations Support - Thanks to @moi952 for implementing multi-language support (fr, ru, ja, de, es, it, zh, ko, nl, pl, tr).
• Vivid Install/Uninstall Buttons - Buttons are now much more pronounced and clearly visible against all backgrounds
• Force Sync - Now asks if you want to re-download artwork or just sync game data
• Proton File Deletion on Uninstall - Now asks if you would like to delete the Proton files associated with the game, during uninstall.
• Fixed Broken Shortcuts - Shortcuts that don't have a proper executable associated with them will no longer appear on the Installed tab.
• Hide Epic Plugins - Will now hide all Unreal Engine and Epic plugins/extras.
• More fixes for GOG

UNIFIDECK v0.5.0

• PROTON COMPATIBILITY OPTIONS - You can now add your preferred proton versions via launch options. Read more here on how to configure. NOTE: Unifideck only facilitates compat options and I do not provide support for issues with proton versions or in-game issues (as long as they are available for you to use).

• HIDDEN GAMES - You can now hide your Unifideck games and your already hidden steam games will stay hidden.

• FIRST INSTALL INITIALIZATION - Games will not close automatically on first run after install anymore. You will receive updates on the initialization process before the game starts.

• STANDARDIZED ARTWORKS - Switched artwork sources for Amazon and GOG so the artworks are consistent.

• CANCEL DOWNLOAD CONFIRMATION - Confirmation popup before you cancel a game download.

• GOG OPTIMIZATIONS - Switch GOG CLI source and optimized installation process. Games will install directly, instead of install > extract.
