Find & Replace now supports searching and replacing speaker names for easier editing. This works for both Plaud Web and App.

Apple Find My Is Now Available In NotePin S

Plaud NotePin S now supports Apple Find My, so you never have to worry about misplacing your device. Once enabled in the Plaud app, your NotePin S can be added under the Items tab in Find My on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac where you can check its location on the map.

Your audio files’ timestamps on your Plaud App are now localized to your device’s language/region and 12/24 hour settings.

Multimodal Input

Photos captured in Recording Highlights are now clearer, with improved readability and reduced blurry text.

Today we’re introducing Plaud Embedded in research preview.

This is a major step in Plaud’s evolution from a being the #1 AI note-taking solution and work companion solution into becoming infrastructure for vertical software companies.

That’s why we’re unveiling Plaud Embedded: to give developers in vertical industries the power of our devices and speech-to-text infrastructure, built for real-world context capture, so we can collectively bring AI productivity to people who have largely been left behind by the recent wave of AI.

What is Plaud Embedded?

Plaud Embedded is our platform that lets developers integrate Plaud’s voice AI natively into their products. Plaud becomes infrastructure for their software, the same way LLMs have become infrastructure for nearly every AI product built today.

Device SDK

With the Plaud SDK, developers can enable their mobile app to bind and pair directly with Plaud Note Pro or Plaud NotePin S devices to capture audio, without having to understand the intricacies of Bluetooth/WiFi file transfer.

Transcription API

Becoming the world’s best note-taking product for the real world has required Plaud to build a state-of-the-art speech-to-text and diarization pipeline. Plaud Embedded surfaces this pipeline via our Transcription API, solving for background noise, splitting speakers based on voice similarity, and cleanly parsing overlapping speakers across 112 languages.

1. Automate documentation

With Plaud, products can help their users replace the need for manual notes and hours of data entry. Vertical AI agents are only as good as the context they have access to. By giving them full context right from the lossless source (conversations), they can much more effectively and accurately perform tasks on behalf of users.

What is the Plaud MCP Server?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI tools connect directly to external services.

Think of it as a bridge: instead of you manually finding a transcript, copying it into an AI chat, and repeating that process for every new question, your AI tool can retrieve the right Plaud meeting context on demand and act on it.

The Plaud MCP server currently works out-of-the-box with ChatGPT Web, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Gemini CLI, and Zed. Setup takes about 3 minutes.
