Introducing ChatGPT & Claude Integrations for Plaud
Plaud introduces one-click connectors for Claude and ChatGPT, letting users access recordings, transcripts, and meeting context inside their AI tools. The release focuses on faster CRM updates, compliance workflows, and project tracking, with simple setup and broader MCP-compatible support.
While Plaud helps turn conversations into actionable insights and makes it easy to search across your meeting context, there are still many workflows that our users use tools like ChatGPT and Claude for.
That’s why we’re excited to announce that you can now connect your Plaud data to ChatGPT and Claude in one click!
What you can actually do with it
For sales teams: push call outcomes directly into your CRM
After a sales call, ask Claude or ChatGPT: "Update my Salesforce with the key outcomes from today's call with Acme Corp: deal stage, objections raised, and agreed next steps." It reads the full transcript and pushes structured deal notes into your CRM directly. No manual data entry, no end-of-day catch-up. Connect HubSpot or Linear alongside Plaud and the same prompt can log the follow-on task in your project tracker at the same time.
For legal and compliance professionals: cross-reference consultation recordings with Clio to log time and flag obligations
After a client consultation, ask Claude: "Pull today's conversation with the Acme Corp team, cross-reference it against their matter in Clio, and extract the billable time, client instructions, and any deadlines mentioned." Claude reads the Plaud transcript for what was said and queries Clio for the matter history behind it, generating a structured summary with obligations flagged and time entries ready to log. No reconstruction from memory at the end of the day, and nothing that needs to be manually entered into the file.
For operations teams: surface meeting decisions and commitments directly into Asana
After a series of project or planning meetings, ask Claude: "Compare my last four weekly meeting recordings against our Asana project board and flag any decisions made or tasks committed to that have not been logged yet." Claude reads across every matching Plaud transcript and checks them against your live project data, surfacing the gaps between what the team agreed and what the tracker reflects. Misalignments that used to stay hidden until a deadline get caught before they become a problem.
Two AI assistants, one-click setup, zero technical expertise required
Plaud in Claude
Plaud is now an official connector in Claude, available in both Claude Web and Claude Desktop.
- Open Claude and go to Settings → Connectors
- Search for Plaud Web MCP and click Connect
- Authorize with your Plaud account
That's it. Claude can now pull up the specific recording you ask about, and combine that context with your other connected tools like your CRM, project tracker, or BI dashboard to update, analyze, and act in a single pass.
Plaud in ChatGPT
Plaud is also live as an app inside ChatGPT, with the same one-click simplicity.
- Go to chatgpt.com
- In the left sidebar, click Apps and search for Plaud
- Click Connect and sign in with your Plaud account
From there, ask ChatGPT about any recording by date, topic, participant, or keyword, no technical setup required.
Both connectors take under two minutes to set up. No code, no API keys, no IT ticket, and your recordings are only ever pulled up when you ask.
Prefer a different AI Agent? Plaud MCP goes there too
Claude and ChatGPT are the fastest way in, but if you work in Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code, Zed, Codex, or any other MCP-compatible client, Plaud connects there as well, via a single installer command. Full setup steps for every supported client are documented at docs.plaud.ai/plaud-mcp-cli/mcp.
Every conversation is an asset. Now it works like one.
You already do the hard part: showing up, having the conversation, capturing it with Plaud. Plaud MCP makes sure that work does not stop paying off the moment the call ends. One click connects Claude or ChatGPT to your recordings, and every meeting becomes the input for your next CRM update, compliance brief, or project gap analysis.

Plaud Team: where conversations become shared team intelligence
Plaud launches Plaud Team, a governed workspace for organizations that adds centralized billing, user provisioning, and device management to AI note-taking and conversation intelligence, helping teams share conversations, protect knowledge, and keep documentation consistent at scale.
What is Plaud Team
Most of what actually moves a business forward barely gets written down. It happens in a solo sales call, a client handoff to another teammate, or an undocumented patient visit. What's left is usually a partial, filtered or misremembered summary in one person's head or notes.
Plaud Team closes that gap. And increasingly, it's becoming the way teams make sure that knowledge doesn't stay locked inside a single person's account.
Plaud Team is Plaud's workspace for organizations. It layers centralized billing, user provisioning, and device management on top of the AI note-taking and conversation intelligence individuals already know, all built on Plaud's existing security and compliance foundation. It was made for the moment when a tool that individuals love needs to become something an organization can actually govern, whether that's a sales team, a consulting firm, or a healthcare practice.
The benefits your team gains from sharing conversations
Centralizing billing and admin access solves a logistical problem. The bigger shift is what happens next: conversations stop being something only one person remembers, and start becoming something the whole team can draw on.
Here's what that looks like in practice.
Faster, better-informed decisions.
When a discovery call, a client interview, or a stakeholder check-in gets captured and transcribed, that context becomes something the whole team can build on. Nobody has to re-explain it in the next meeting. Fewer decisions get made on partial information, because nobody has to rely on remembering exactly what a client said three weeks ago.
Alignment without attendance.
No team is fully in the room for every conversation that matters. A rep out sick, a manager who couldn't join a client call, a new hire who joined after a key decision was made. They can all catch up on what was actually said and decided, not a secondhand summary of it.
Consistency across a growing team.
As teams scale, the way each person takes notes, follows up, and documents decisions tends to drift. A shared workspace built around captured conversations gives everyone a common source of truth. Sales teams use it to standardize follow-up. Healthcare practices use it for consistent documentation. Consulting firms use it to preserve institutional knowledge as people move between engagements.
Lower onboarding cost for new hires.
New team members have historically learned "how we do things here" by shadowing someone for weeks. With a shared library of past conversations, calls, and decisions, they can get up to speed against real examples instead of a training deck.
Reduced key-person risk.
A client relationship, a set of case notes, a project's history. When any of it lives only in one person's head, or in their personal note-taking app, the business is exposed if that person becomes unavailable or leaves. Centralizing conversation history under the organization protects institutional knowledge as a company asset, not an individual one. Admins can manage access when someone exits, so nothing walks out the door with them.
Compliance and quality consistency at scale.
Regulated industries like healthcare, financial services, and legal need a structured, centrally governed record of client- and patient-facing conversations. That makes it easier to maintain documentation standards and support audit and quality review, instead of relying on individual habits.
Built for how teams already work
None of this requires a team to change how they work. Plaud Team sits on top of the conversations people are already having, whether that's sales calls, client meetings, patient visits, or 1:1s, and turns them into a resource the whole team can draw on. The admin layer makes it something a company can deploy responsibly at scale. The collaboration layer makes it something a team can use every day.
Who Plaud Team is built for
- Sales and customer-facing teams that need consistent, searchable records of every conversation across reps.
- Consulting, legal, and professional services firms where case knowledge needs to outlast any single engagement or team member.
- Healthcare and other patient-facing practices that need accurate documentation without breaking the flow of care.
- Any team replacing a patchwork of individual note-taking habits with one governed, secure workspace.
In practice, that's any team where a conversation, not a document, is where the real work happens.

Woven for strength: Introducing the Plaud Note Pro Magnetic Case, designed by PITAKA
Plaud introduces a PITAKA-designed magnetic case for Plaud Note Pro and Plaud Note, bringing slim aramid fiber protection, MagSafe compatibility, and a refined everyday carry feel. The case is available now on the Plaud store.
The everyday carry experience
The tools you carry every day shape how work feels over time.
That's why we partnered with PITAKA to create a magnetic case for Plaud Note Pro and Plaud Note, built around the same principles that define the device itself: thoughtful design, portability, and everyday reliability.
Crafted from PITAKA’s signature woven aramid fiber, the case is slim, lightweight, and made to move effortlessly through the day. Protection that feels refined, not added on.
Plaud Note Pro is designed to go everywhere with you. In meetings, during commutes, between conversations, and throughout the workday. The case should feel the same.
At just 17.5 g (0.62 oz) and 5.5 mm (0.22 in) thin, it keeps a slim profile that slips easily into your pocket, bag, or workspace. Light enough to disappear into your routine, while staying ready whenever you need it.
The woven surface resists scratches, repels water, and holds up to daily wear without showing it. No coatings that peel. No finish that fades. No warping or discoloration over time.
MagSafe compatibility keeps your device securely attached throughout the day, while the precision-fit design ensures every port, button, and control remains fully accessible.
Built for everyday carry, with the same attention to detail as the device it protects.
Why aramid fiber
Leather offers familiarity. Aramid fiber prioritizes performance.
Used in aerospace and high-performance engineering applications, aramid fiber is known for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio. At the same weight, it is five times stronger than steel — offering full protection against daily impact, scratches, and abrasion without the bulk that usually comes with it.
For daily carry, that means a case that feels lighter in your pocket, slimmer in hand, and more resistant to wear over time.
Compared to the leather option, the PITAKA-designed case is 32% lighter and 20% thinner while maintaining the same magnetic compatibility and everyday protection.
Finished in PITAKA’s signature Black/Grey Twill weave, the case combines a refined technical texture with a minimalist aesthetic. No oversized branding. No unnecessary ornamentation. Just the precision of the material itself.
Designed with PITAKA
PITAKA is a materials-led design brand known for its expertise in aramid fiber and modern everyday carry products.
With over a decade of experience working with aerospace-grade materials, PITAKA approaches product design with a simple philosophy: remove what is unnecessary, and refine what remains.
That approach made them a natural partner for Plaud Note Pro.
The Plaud Note Pro Magnetic Case, designed by PITAKA, is available now on the Plaud store for $39.99. Visit the product page for full specifications and compatibility details.

Introducing Plaud Embedded: Build Conversational AI into Your Product
Plaud introduces Plaud Embedded in research preview, expanding from AI note taking into a developer platform for vertical software. It brings native voice AI integration, device SDK access, and transcription API capabilities for real-world conversational context.
Today we’re introducing Plaud Embedded in research preview.
This is a major step in Plaud’s evolution from a being the #1 AI note-taking solution and work companion solution into becoming infrastructure for vertical software companies.
For the past three years, Plaud has helped over two million professionals automate the work that flows from their in-person, phone, and online conversations.
Professionals across every industry have brought Plaud to work, from sales teams and dentists to physicians, lawyers, and field technicians. Along the way, we’ve built summary templates (and enabled our users to contribute to our 10,000+ community templates) and a copilot that helps users ask questions across all their conversational context.
But we’ve realized that summaries & a queryable second-brain is just one of many use cases for conversational intelligence. Many verticals have deep workflow and integration needs that Plaud can’t build alone as a horizontal solution, and there are still hundreds of millions of working professionals globally who don’t yet benefit from the rich context that is generated through conversation.
That’s why we’re unveiling Plaud Embedded: to give developers in vertical industries the power of our devices and speech-to-text infrastructure, built for real-world context capture, so we can collectively bring AI productivity to people who have largely been left behind by the recent wave of AI.
What is Plaud Embedded?
Plaud Embedded is our platform that lets developers integrate Plaud’s voice AI natively into their products. Plaud becomes infrastructure for their software, the same way LLMs have become infrastructure for nearly every AI product built today.
It enables builders to focus on their vertical expertise, while Plaud handles the rest:
- State-of-the-art hardware for capturing audio in the real world
- Easy integration via our mobile SDK
- Accurate transcription built for real-world conditions, not controlled environments
- A global supply chain so you can ship at scale
Device SDK
With the Plaud SDK, developers can enable their mobile app to bind and pair directly with Plaud Note Pro or Plaud NotePin S devices to capture audio, without having to understand the intricacies of Bluetooth/WiFi file transfer.
Transcription API
Becoming the world’s best note-taking product for the real world has required Plaud to build a state-of-the-art speech-to-text and diarization pipeline. Plaud Embedded surfaces this pipeline via our Transcription API, solving for background noise, splitting speakers based on voice similarity, and cleanly parsing overlapping speakers across 112 languages.
What can you build?
Once you have access to your users’ conversational context, you can unlock use cases and value that were previously impossible. That said, across industries and professions, we’ve seen consistent patterns emerge from what our design partners have been building.
- Automate documentation
With Plaud, products can help their users replace the need for manual notes and hours of data entry. Records can be generated straight from the source: automating patient documentation into EMRs, helping field technicians avoid sitting in their car for 30 minutes after each site visit updating field notes, or keeping a real estate CRM automatically updated with preferences and context from every client conversation.
- Give AI agents context
Vertical AI agents are only as good as the context they have access to. By giving them full context right from the lossless source (conversations), they can much more effectively and accurately perform tasks on behalf of users.
Imagine an AI sales coaching agent that had access to every sales conversation a rep has, instead of the sparse notes that are in the CRM.
Or an AI receptionist for dental clinics that books follow-up appointments with full context on treatments and next steps discussed between a patient, the dentist, and the hygienist.
- Uncover offline insights
In-person interactions have always been a black box for business analytics. Up until now, retail businesses relied on lagging indicators for business performance, with no insight into what was actually happening in the stores.
Every layer of reporting, from the manager to the regional manager to headquarters, introduces biased reporting and lossy context, forcing teams to make decisions off inaccurate data.
Plaud enables retail analytics companies to offer proactive, real-time insight to retail companies, by capturing customer demands and communications from the source.
Get started
If you're building a vertical software & AI product and want access to your users’ rich, real-world conversational context, build with Plaud Embedded.
Get access to the research preview at dev.plaud.ai, and follow along at @PlaudBuilders on X and join our Discord community as we’ll be building in public.

Introducing Plaud MCP and CLI: Give AI Access to Your Meetings
Plaud introduces the MCP server, bringing transcripts and summaries into ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, Gemini CLI, Zed, and other AI tools for meeting Q&A, follow-ups, and workflow automation in about 3 minutes.
The Plaud MCP server connects your transcripts and summaries directly into ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and other AI tools.
Ask questions across all your meetings, draft follow-ups, and automate workflows, in under 3 minutes.
If you use Plaud today, you already know the feeling: your meeting notes turn into something you can actually use.
Plaud helps you go from raw audio to clear summaries, decisions, and action items, and it makes it easy to search and query your meeting context whenever you need it.
At the same time, a lot of work still happens outside of Plaud. People draft project documents in ChatGPT and Claude, ship code in Cursor, and build workflows across the rest of their stack.
So we asked a simple question: what if your other AI tools could have the same meeting context you already have in Plaud?
That’s why, we’re excited to introduce the Plaud MCP server. It lets ChatGPT Web, Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf, and other AI tools securely access your Plaud meetings, so your assistant can answer questions, draft follow-ups, and automate workflows with far better context.
What is the Plaud MCP Server?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI tools connect directly to external services.
Think of it as a bridge: instead of you manually finding a transcript, copying it into an AI chat, and repeating that process for every new question, your AI tool can retrieve the right Plaud meeting context on demand and act on it.
The Plaud MCP server currently works out-of-the-box with ChatGPT Web, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Gemini CLI, and Zed. Setup takes about 3 minutes.
What you can actually do
The possibilities are endless once, but here are examples of what you can ask your AI assistant once it has context from every meeting you have.
Auto-generate follow-up emails or documents
"Write a follow-up email from my call with Acme Corp yesterday and generate a personalized competitor battle card for Manufacture co.”
Daily to-do list
"Summarize all the to-dos from my meetings today, do preliminary research on the complex topics, and post a digest to Slack."
Full agentic workflows
"For every meeting that is a sales conversation, extract action items and create a task in Asana and update HubSpot."
Get setup in minutes
It only takes a few steps to get setup!
Set up guides:
- ChatGPT Web
- Claude Web
- Other MCP Clients
- Command Line

Introducing Plaud Team
Plaud launches Plaud Team, a self-serve workspace for organizations to centralize billing, manage users and devices, and secure AI note taking and conversational intelligence. Available now in the US, it gives teams a new way to scale Plaud with built-in privacy and admin controls.
Plaud Team is our self-serve product built specifically for teams
Plaud Team is our self-serve product built specifically for teams - a dedicated workspace that gives teams a way to deploy, manage, and enable their teams to securely tap into AI note taking and conversational intelligence.
The best ideas in any company don't start in documents. They start in conversations that may happen anywhere - a quick hallway chat, a phone call, a board meeting, or a 1:1. Meetings are where deals click into shape, strategic pivots are discussed, and a quick exchange can become the decision everyone references six months later. Those conversations are where work starts, but the moment the call ends, most of it disappears.
That's what Plaud was built to solve. Over the past three years, more than 2 million professionals adopted Plaud to capture, transcribe, and make sense of every conversation they have.
"Most of the important thinking happens before anything gets written down. It happens in conversations — when people are testing ideas, making sense of problems, and figuring out what to do next. Plaud Team is built to help teams keep that context and build from it. Companies don't run on documents. They run on people, on conversations.” - Nathan Xu, CEO of Plaud
In that time, our users started sharing Plaud with their teams. Field sales reps showed it to their managers. Consultants introduced it to their firms. Doctors brought it to their practices. And the companies behind those teams started reaching out, asking for a way to scale and securely manage this across their organization.
Plaud Team is our response to this demand.
Introducing Plaud Team
Plaud Team today is the foundation, providing the centralized management and admin features all built on the same global security and privacy infrastructure our users already trust.
Centralized Billing
You can now manage Plaud subscriptions for your entire organization in one place. Add seats, adjust plans, and keep everything under a single invoice. No more individual accounts scattered across the team or manual reconciliation at month’s end.
User Management
Easily invite, provision, and manage team members from a central admin dashboard. Control who has access, review your roster at a glance, and keep your team set up correctly from day one.
In the case that someone leaves the company, you can ensure that proprietary company data is secure and can’t be brought with them.
Device Management
See and manage every Plaud device deployed across your organization. Know which devices are active, who they're assigned to, and keep your hardware and software fleet in sync.
Global Security Standards
These capabilities sit on top of the same security and privacy infrastructure our users already trust, with:
- Data encrypted in transit and at rest
- Zero training on your users’ data by default
- Regional cloud hosting across the US, Europe, Singapore, and Japan
- ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR compliant
If you've been using Plaud individually and your team has been waiting for proper admin controls before rolling it out broadly, those capabilities are now here.
What customers are already saying
"In our work, accuracy, nuance, and trust matter in every conversation," says Dean Benard, President and CEO of Benard & Associates.
"Plaud helps my team capture critical details across interviews, calls, and case discussions without losing the human context behind them. With Plaud Team, we'll now have a more structured way to support collaboration across the firm while maintaining the rigor and professionalism our work demands."
Get started
Plaud Team is self-serve and available now at plaud.ai/team for customers in the US, with global rollout coming in the weeks ahead.
- Buy devices for your team (bulk discounts available at checkout)
- Create your Team workspace
Buying Plaud for more than 50 users? Reach out to us here.
What’s next?
The vision for Plaud Team is a shared layer of team intelligence, where context from conversations doesn't sit with the person who had them, but becomes accessible across everyone on the team. Where teams can stay fully aligned even if they’re not in certain meetings. Where AI can surface what was discussed, what was decided, and what needs to happen next, across projects, people, and time.
We’re actively building features to support this future, with updates coming to you soon.

Introducing Skills: Turn repeated prompts into one-tap AI actions
Plaud introduces Skills in Ask Plaud, bringing built-in and custom AI workflows to any note with one tap. It streamlines repeated prompts, standardizes outputs, and generates results from note context in the Plaud App and Plaud Web.
Skills is a new feature in Ask Plaud that lets you run built-in or custom AI workflows directly on any note — no rewriting, no setup, just results.
Every workflow has a rhythm. A meeting ends, and you reach for the same prompts: draft the follow-up email, pull out the action items, and generate a structured report. You know what you need. You've typed it before. You'll type it again.
The real cost isn't the typing — it's the friction. Every time you rewrite a prompt, you lose time, consistency, and momentum.
Today, we're introducing Skills — a new way to turn your most valuable AI prompts into instant, reusable actions you can run on any note with a single tap.
What make Skills different
Run AI workflows instantly
Execute predefined AI actions directly within Ask Plaud conversations. No more starting from scratch — just tap a skill and get results in seconds.
Standardize repeated workflows
Use built-in skills or create custom ones to generate consistent outputs every time. Whether it's a structured debrief, a client-ready summary, or a decision log, the format stays the same — so you can focus on what matters.
Eliminate prompt rewriting
Save frequently used prompts as reusable skills and run them with a single tap. Your most valuable prompts become permanent tools, not temporary notes you have to remember and retype.
Generate outputs from note context
Skills draw directly from your note's transcript and notes — no copying, no pasting. Every output is grounded in what actually happened, keeping your results accurate and relevant.
How to get started
- Open any note in the Plaud App or Plaud Web.
- Navigate to Ask Plaud and tap "/" to open the skill menu.
- Select a skill from your library or create a custom one, and your output will be ready in seconds.
Try Skills today
Skills is available now on the Plaud App and Plaud Web. Open a note, tap “/”, and see what your prompts can become.
