We’ve made improvements based on your feedback to help keep your contacts clean and organized.

• Add multiple emails and phone numbers (up to 10 each) to keep all interactions under one contact profile.
• Merge duplicate contacts from the table to combine details and history into a single record.
• Edit or change the primary email from the contact profile without losing past history.
• Manage how contacts are created in a new Contact Settings page.
• Bulk delete contacts by multi-selecting and removing them in a few clicks.

We’ve redesigned the Meetings page to make it easier to find, join, and manage meetings from one place*. You can now:

• View Calendly meetings alongside Google and Outlook calendar events for a complete view of your schedule.
• Scroll to view past and upcoming meetings without switching tabs.
• See key meeting details — including attendees, location, and invitee information — and add internal meeting notes in the right panel.
• Find meetings faster with improved search and filtering tools.
• Cancel or reschedule an upcoming meeting, or book a follow-up meeting.
• Access recaps and toggle Calendly Notetaker on / off for upcoming and in-progress meetings.**
• Use settings to determine which meetings and buffers are displayed.

Stay focused on the right contacts at the right time with lists. Use a predefined list to see who needs your attention, or build your own using filters (including custom fields) to prioritize your next outreach.

• Update fields instantly by editing text in-line
• Hover over a contact to see their contact card, book a meeting, or easily share availability
• Dive deeper into client details and meeting history with a new full-page contact details view
• Send emails directly from the contact card or details page (available on paid plans with Gmail or Outlook for Workflows integration)
