Salesforce Forecasting

Sales teams can now see scheduled revenue reflected in the correct forecast period and align consumption forecasts with custom fiscal calendars. Additionally, Consumption Forecasting is now supported in companion orgs that connect to a shared Data Cloud Home Org.
Sales Performance Management
- In Salesforce Maps, improve efficiencies when you track time sheets on a dashboard for your direct reports in the field and those who roll up to them. Within Sales Planning, get quick, summarized details about sales plans and territory optimizations, as well as build segments aligned with your business by using embedded artificial intelligence. Increase the likelihood of achieving sales targets when you allocate them within your sales hierarchy. And design territories that include a variety of boundary types when using live Salesforce data.
Email, Calendar, and Integrations
- Capture and report on email as an activity with the Sync Email as Salesforce Activity feature. Match a synced email to the most relevant records with the new Activities: Match Email to Records flow. Prepare for service account OAuth 2.0 retirement by upgrading to org-level OAuth 2.0 authentication. Salesforce for Outlook retires in December 2027.
