Policy Navigator via Joule Capability in Concur Expense

Enables users with the Joule Base SKU to access company policy information using natural language queries through the Joule copilot chatbox. This feature streamlines policy-related inquiries by providing direct, conversational access to policy content. Policy Navigator via Joule is available in the EU2, US2, and APJ1 data centers and is not available in CCPS. Joule in Concur Expense

Joule is now available in Concur Expense, enabling you to manage expense reports and related tasks through natural language conversations. You can create, view, edit, copy, submit, recall, and delete expense reports. You can also add and update expense items, itemizations, attendees, allocations, and receipts, review report details and warnings, and use Joule to identify and correct missing or inconsistent expense report information before submission. Joule in Concur Travel

Joule is now available in Concur Travel, enabling you to search for and book travel through natural language conversations. You can search for flights, refine search results, select fares, and complete bookings through a guided conversational experience. You can also add hotels and car rentals as part of a flight booking. Joule in SAP BTP, Kyma Runtime

You can now use Joule directly in Kyma dashboard to get AI-assisted help with Kyma and Kubernetes tasks. Joule in Kyma dashboard provides the following capabilities:

• Cluster resource inspection: Ask Joule about the status and configuration of any Kubernetes or Kyma resource in your cluster.
• Pod log retrieval: When a workload is in an error state, Joule retrieves container logs and Pod events to help you diagnose the issue.
• Documentation search: For how-to questions or Kyma-specific errors, Joule performs a semantic search over official Kyma documentation.
• Cluster overview: Ask Joule for a high-level summary of resources in a namespace or cluster.

Joule uses your active dashboard context automatically. If you are viewing a specific resource such as a Function or Pod, you can refer to it with possessive references like "my Function" or "my Pod" without specifying names explicitly. SAP for Joule Consultants

What’s New in SAP Joule for Consultants

There are new updates in SAP Joule for Consultants designed to make your experience more intuitive, flexible, and collaborative.

Fresh New Welcome Screen: SAP Joule for Consultants has been updated with a fresh new look on the welcome page, making it easier to get started and navigate key capabilities.

Increased Conversation Limit: You can now keep up to 50 active conversations, increased from the previous limit of 10. This gives you more flexibility to manage multiple workstreams, projects, and topics in parallel.

Retry an Answer: A new Retry button is now available at the bottom of generated answers. With Retry, you can regenerate a response without starting over. You can ask Joule to make the answer longer or shorter or add your own instructions to refine the response. When the answer is regenerated, the original response will be updated with the improved version.

Edit Your Prompt:You can now edit your original prompt directly. This makes it easier to refine your question, add more context, or correct your request so you can get a better result.

Peer-to-Peer Expert Sharing

You can now share Experts directly with colleagues within your organization. To share an Expert, open any Expert you created, click Share, enter your colleague’s work email address, press Enter, and then click Add to include them in the sharing list. As a recipient, you will see Experts shared with you under the Shared With Me tab inside the Expert workspace. From there, you can select the shared Expert and add it to your My Experts list

You can also modify a shared Expert after adding it to your list. Any changes you make will only apply to your own copy and will not impact the original Expert created by your colleague.

A few things to note:

• Sharing works within your organization only.
• Attached files are not included; only the Expert instructions are shared.
• Recipients receive their own independent copy, while the original Expert remains unchanged.
• No admin action is required.
