• Added support for completing a repeating to-do early: it now shows a normal checkbox, just like any other to-do.
• Added support for rescheduling a repeating to-do – just bump it to a new date:
  • If it repeats on a fixed schedule, Things asks whether to make a one-time exception, or update the rule going forward.
  • If it repeats after completion, it simply moves to the new date.
• Made a number of other refinements to repeating to-dos:
  • Refreshed the look of the setup dialog, which now makes it easier to pick the next recurrence date.
  • Added a small gray repeat icon to a copy of a repeating to-do, to distinguish it from a regular one.
  • Added support for starting a repeating project early: as soon as you edit its to-dos, Things offers to create the next copy of the project ahead of time.
  • Added support for creating the next copy of a repeating to-do ahead of time: expand the to-do, tap its repeat rule, then tap Create Next Copy.
  • Added support for pausing, resuming, and stopping multiple repeating to-dos at once.
• Unified the display and editing of to-dos – both in lists and when expanded – so Mac and iOS now share the same code.
• Repeating templates now appear in the Deadlines list (search for “deadlines” to view this list).
• You can now set a “Start Early” value of up to 100 days for an after-completion repeating to-do.
• Fixed a bug where a repeating to-do shown in Upcoming for a given date might not actually be created on that date.
• Fixed a bug where an after-completion repeating to-do could appear in the wrong place in Upcoming, or show as “Waiting” when it should have been scheduled.
• Fixed a bug where the Starts and Ends fields in the Repeat dialog could use different date formats.
