Your Files and Media Library keeps your business's photos, videos, and files in one place. These updates make it easier to find the one you need and put it to use without re-uploading.

Reuse photos on quotes and requests

You can already add files and photos from your Files and Media Library to invoices and marketing content. Now you can add them to quotes and requests too.

Want to show a client what finished work looks like before they say yes? Add before-and-after photos from past jobs to your quote. Need to share site photos from an assessment? Attach them to the request so your team has everything in one place. Each file only needs to be uploaded once, and you can use it again wherever you need it.

Search for the file you need

Use the search bar to find a photo, video, or file using the details saved with it. You can search by the client it belongs to, where it was added (like a specific job), the date, time, or address linked to it, or the team member who added it.

Just start typing what you remember, like a client's name, a street address, or who was on the job, and you'll see the matching files.

Material costs are the hardest part of knowing what a job really made, and sometimes the most tedious to track.

Two new ways to capture expenses let you skip the manual data entry: Jobber fills in the details for you, helps get costs onto the right jobs, and keeps job profitability up to date. If you use Jobber Bookkeeping, those expenses are also sent to your books automatically.

Snap a receipt and Jobber fills in the details

When your crew buys materials in the field, they can snap a photo of the receipt in the Jobber app. Jobber reads it and creates a detailed expense entry with the vendor, date, total, and tax. You or an admin can quickly review it and link it to the right job, with your most recent active jobs surfaced to make matching easier.

Jobber also records who made the purchase for reimbursement. No receipts piling up in the truck, and no chasing employees for them a month later.

Forward supplier invoices straight to Jobber

You can already upload supplier invoices directly to Jobber. Now, you can also forward them from your inbox, set up automatic email forwarding, or give suppliers and subcontractors your unique Jobber email address so invoices go straight to Jobber.

Jobber reads the invoice and creates the expense details for you. If it finds a matching job number, it automatically links the expense to the right job. Otherwise, it creates the expense for you and makes it easy to match during review.

Your jobs, quotes, and invoices already live in Jobber. Now your books can too.

Jobber Bookkeeping pairs you with a dedicated bookkeeper who gets you set up, categorizes and reconciles your transactions, and closes your books within five days of month-end. Then they walk you through what the numbers mean—in plain language, not accountant-speak.

Your bank transactions sync automatically, and every Jobber payment and receipt flows straight into your books. So there’s nothing to export, match, or reconcile.

Read receipts take the guesswork out of follow-up. See who's viewed each mention so you know whether your team has caught an important update—no more re-explaining in a group chat or wondering if a message got lost.

Every mention links straight back to the note it came from, so context stays attached to the client, quote, job, or invoice it's about instead of getting buried in a separate messaging app.

You can now schedule multiple visits for a one-off job, each with its own date, assigned team members, and details—so you can have the flexibility to plan the whole job upfront or add visits later.

Your team can now add missed hours and check on live timers without leaving the Jobber app — so time gets logged in the field, and mistakes get caught before they hit payroll.

Add a timesheet entry

Forgot to start a timer? Tap the plus button, select Time Entry and enter the hours. The entry lands on the timesheet the same way a timer would.

This is available to users with permission to edit timesheet records. Team members who can only start and stop timers won't see the Time Entry button.

Review your team's Time Log

Team leads can see every timer running across the crew on the Time Log page — who's on a job, who's still clocked in, and where something looks off. Spot a mistake? Fix it there, while the day is still fresh, instead of waiting until it piles up on an admin's desk.

This is available to users who can view and edit their team's timesheet records.

Clean up your data in a few clicks. You can now merge duplicate client records and duplicate property records right in Jobber. Work history, jobs, quotes, invoices, and more move over automatically, and the duplicate is removed.

Merge duplicate clients

Combine two duplicate client records into one. Jobs, quotes, invoices, properties, communications, notes, and tags from the duplicate moves to the client you keep.

To get started, go to a client's profile you want to keep, select

Merge Client

, and choose which duplicate client to bring in. Card-on-file doesn't transfer, so start with whichever client has a saved card and keep them as the primary.

You can also do this from the client list under “More actions”.

Merge duplicate properties

Combine duplicate properties on the same client into one, moving all attached jobs, quotes, invoices, and notes to the property you keep. You can merge up to 10 at once.

To get started, go to the client's profile and select the properties you want to merge.
