@mention teammates to keep the conversation in Jobber
Jobber adds @mentions in notes to notify teammates and keep conversations attached to clients, jobs, quotes, or invoices.
You can now @mention a teammate directly in a note to flag important information and notify them right away. When you tag someone, they get a notification in the Jobber app and in their mentions feed — a personal view that shows only the notes where they've been tagged. Access it any time by tapping the notification bell icon.
Click any mention to jump straight to the note where you were tagged, so context is always one tap away. Every conversation stays attached to the client, quote, job, or invoice it's about, instead of getting lost in other apps.

Automated job costing is here: track costs and protect margins automatically
Jobber adds automatic supplier invoice tracking to job costs and profit alerts for one-off jobs, helping users match expenses faster and catch unprofitable work before it’s too late.
Turn supplier invoices into job costs automatically
Tracking what you spend on each job just got easier. Upload your supplier invoices straight into Jobber, and Jobber will read the file, pull out the details, and automatically match the expense to the right job using the PO number. No more manual data entry or digging through paperwork to figure out which job an invoice belongs to. You stay in control with a quick review step before anything hits a job, so your costs stay accurate, and your margins stay clear.
Catch unprofitable jobs with profit alerts
Stop finding out a job lost money after it's done. Set a target margin for your one-off jobs and Jobber will let you know the moment a job's profit margin slips below your threshold, giving you the chance to course-correct before it's too late. It's a simple way to protect your bottom line and make sure every job you take on is actually worth the work.

Attach photos, videos and files to invoices
Jobber adds photo, video and file attachments to invoices, helping clients review project details before paying.
You can now attach photos, videos and files directly to invoices. Send contracts, permits, warranties or project photos alongside the bill so clients have the full picture when it's time to pay.
Note: Plus plan customers can also select from existing files in Jobber, so there's no need to re-upload documents you've previously saved.
To attach a file, open any invoice in create or edit mode. Attach files as the job requires, and remove any you no longer need before sending.

All your client files and photos in one place
Jobber adds a new files and media library that brings client photos, videos, and documents into one filterable gallery. Teams can browse attachments from notes, checklists, and forms in a single view, with existing job files also appearing there. Available on the Plus plan.
Stop hunting through job notes or scrolling someone's camera roll for the file you need. You can now find every photo, video, and document associated with a client in one place—no matter where it originated in Jobber. The new files and media library brings everything into a filterable gallery at the client level, so staff in the office or in the field always know where to look.
Browse and filter files from notes, checklists, and custom forms in a single view, making it easy to reference past work, scope upcoming jobs, review on-site documentation, and pull up before-and-afters.
Note: Photos and attachments previously stored on individual jobs are still accessible from those jobs, and now also appear in the client's media library. Nothing needs to be re-uploaded.
Available on the Plus plan.

Add a payment method field to request forms & online booking forms
Jobber adds payment method collection in Client Hub, letting clients securely save a credit card when submitting requests or booking online. The new form field helps reduce payment friction, speeds up charging later, and can also help qualify new requests upfront.
You can now collect a credit card on file when clients submit a request or book online through Client Hub. Simply add a payment method field to your request or booking forms to let clients securely save their card before work begins.
Collecting a card upfront helps reduce payment friction later. When the job is done, you’ll already have a payment method on file—so it’s easier to charge quickly and skip the follow-up.
You can also use this field to help qualify new requests by asking clients to add a card as part of their submission.
To get started, visit here to open your Request and Bookings settings. Then Edit or Add a New Form to add the Payment Method field. This allows clients to securely save their card before work begins.
Note: This feature supports credit cards only (ACH isn’t available), and the field will only appear when forms are viewed in Client Hub.

Updates to your client view
Jobber improves the redesigned client view with clearer contact and property management, less clutter, and more flexible ways to organize and access client details. The update adds sidebar resizing, work and visit filters, better tag management, and customizable section order.
Since launching the redesigned client view a few weeks ago, we've been listening to your feedback and making updates to improve how you manage clients and properties. These changes restore familiar workflows, reduce clutter, and introduce new ways to organize and access your clients' details.
View more contact methods and see contact names
Show up to 3 contact methods at a glance, with the option to expand for more. Contact names now appear alongside phone numbers. For more control, use contacts to manage client communication.
Reduced scrolling and visual clutter
Properties and contacts now appear directly after the header, with all properties grouped in a single section, while other information stays visually organized as you move through the page.
Resize or collapse the sidebar
Adjust the sidebar to fit your workflow and screen size. Create more space when you need it, or hide it all together.
Filter work overview by active or all work
Toggle between active work or all work. Find what you need faster.
Assign one contact to many properties
Link a single contact across multiple properties. Save time managing repeat relationships.
Filter completed visits
Quickly access finished work using the completed filter. Review past visits without extra steps.
Faster tag management
Find and manage tags in the sidebar.
Your view, your way
Use Customize view in the more menu to reorder the sections of client details.
We aren’t done here though, we are continuing to review feedback and improve the experience.

Set the right payment terms automatically—by client type
Jobber adds custom payment terms for residential and commercial clients, letting businesses set net terms by client type, create custom options, and override settings at the client level to streamline invoicing and stay aligned with real-world workflows.
Work your way with custom payment terms for residential and commercial clients. You can now set different net terms based on client type, so each job starts with the right payment expectations automatically and helps you get paid on time.
Need more flexibility? You can create custom options or adjust existing ones when the defaults don’t quite match how you run your business or work with specific clients. You can also override these settings at the client level when needed. This helps you stay consistent, cut down on invoice setup, and keep your workflows aligned with how your business actually operates.

Introducing Pipeline: All your sales opportunities, in one place.
Jobber adds Pipeline, a built-in visual sales board that tracks requests and quotes in real time, flags leads that need follow-up, supports customizable stages and team ownership, and captures lost-deal reasons to help turn more leads into jobs.
When your business is growing fast, new leads stop being easy to track. Maybe a request slips through on a busy Tuesday. Or a quote goes quiet and you don't notice until it's too late.
Pipeline fixes that. It's a visual sales board built right into Jobber that tracks every request and quote you have in play, keeps itself up to date automatically, and tells you when something's at risk of going cold.
Real-time status of every opportunity
Every active sales opportunity is organized by stage, from the initial request to a closed deal. Because Pipeline lives inside Jobber, it's always up to date with what's actually happening in your business.
Know what needs your attention
Pipeline flags what's overdue, what's gone quiet, and what's ready for a follow-up—and you can take action right from the board without switching screens.
Built for how you sell
Customize the stages in your pipeline to match how you actually sell, or stick with Jobber’s defaults. Assign a team member to each opportunity, so that there’s clear ownership of every lead.
Turn losses into lessons
Capture the reasons for lost deals as they automatically move out of your pipeline. Over time, Pipeline shows you exactly where work slips away and what to do about it.
You earned the lead. Now win the job.
