Every mention links straight back to the note it came from, so context stays attached to the client, quote, job, or invoice it's about instead of getting buried in a separate messaging app.

You can now schedule multiple visits for a one-off job, each with its own date, assigned team members, and details—so you can have the flexibility to plan the whole job upfront or add visits later.

Your team can now add missed hours and check on live timers without leaving the Jobber app — so time gets logged in the field, and mistakes get caught before they hit payroll.

Add a timesheet entry

Forgot to start a timer? Tap the plus button, select Time Entry and enter the hours. The entry lands on the timesheet the same way a timer would.

This is available to users with permission to edit timesheet records. Team members who can only start and stop timers won't see the Time Entry button.

Review your team's Time Log

Team leads can see every timer running across the crew on the Time Log page — who's on a job, who's still clocked in, and where something looks off. Spot a mistake? Fix it there, while the day is still fresh, instead of waiting until it piles up on an admin's desk.

This is available to users who can view and edit their team's timesheet records.

Clean up your data in a few clicks. You can now merge duplicate client records and duplicate property records right in Jobber. Work history, jobs, quotes, invoices, and more move over automatically, and the duplicate is removed.

Merge duplicate clients

Combine two duplicate client records into one. Jobs, quotes, invoices, properties, communications, notes, and tags from the duplicate moves to the client you keep.

To get started, go to a client's profile you want to keep, select

Merge Client

, and choose which duplicate client to bring in. Card-on-file doesn't transfer, so start with whichever client has a saved card and keep them as the primary.

You can also do this from the client list under “More actions”.

Merge duplicate properties

Combine duplicate properties on the same client into one, moving all attached jobs, quotes, invoices, and notes to the property you keep. You can merge up to 10 at once.

To get started, go to the client's profile and select the properties you want to merge.

Easily start and end breaks right from the Jobber mobile app and receive a reminder notification when the break is almost over. You and the team can also track time across the activities that keep the business running, including drive time, office work, supply runs, and more.

Sort unscheduled appointments your way

You can now sort unscheduled appointments by oldest first, newest first, client name, or manual order so it's easier to prioritize what needs attention. Find the appointments that have been waiting the longest, locate a specific client's work without scrolling, or drag to arrange them exactly how you want.

Notify clients automatically when you reschedule

When you move an appointment, you can now choose to send your client an email or text notification. Keep clients in the loop without a separate follow-up—just reschedule and notify in one step.

Bulk reschedule: shift appointments by X days

Need to push a block of work forward? Select multiple appointments and shift them all by a set number of days at once. From any schedule view, go to More > Reschedule & reassign to get started. Whether you're dealing with weather delays, a crew change, or a slow week, bulk rescheduling saves you from updating every appointment one by one.
