Billing and reporting get sharper with the new Billing Analysis Report showing worked vs billed, faster multi select tags, typed date ranges for filters, and an AR Aging option to exclude pending invoices. These updates boost clarity, speed, and cash flow insights for teams.
Billing Analysis Report
The new Billing Analysis Report gives you a clear picture of how work flows from time entries to billed revenue. It breaks down worked, billed, and unbilled amounts over a selected date range.
This report will help answer questions like:
How much time was logged vs. invoiced? Where is revenue getting stuck?
By understanding the difference between “worked” time and what has actually been "billed", firms can better evaluate productivity, billing efficiency, and revenue trends, at a glance. To learn more about the Billing Analysis Report, click here.
Multi-Select Tags
You can now select multiple tags at one time—no more reopening the tags menu for each selection. This small but helpful improvement makes organizing matters, contacts, and transactions noticeably faster.
Type-In Date Ranges for Filters
Date filters now accept typed input. Instead of having to use the calendar picker, you can manually enter date ranges for quicker, more precise filtering—especially helpful when working with specific reporting periods.
AR Aging Report: Exclude Pending Invoices
The AR Aging Reports by Contact and Matter now include an option to filter out pending invoices. This allows you to focus solely on approved, due balances, giving you a more accurate view of true outstanding receivables.

Archive inactive bank accounts to preserve history; transfer balances across contacts/matters; AR Aging gets more filters; Productivity shows billable, non-billable & total hours.
Archiving Inactive Bank Accounts and Credit Cards
- You can now archive bank accounts that are no longer in use. Archiving helps you keep your account list organized by hiding inactive accounts from being utilized while preserving their historical data for reporting and reconciliation purposes. Archived accounts can be unarchived at any time, if needed.
Transferring Account Balances Across Contacts
- You can now edit both the Contact and Matter when transferring funds, making it easier to correct or redirect payments without needing to create separate deposit and withdrawal payments. This is especially useful if you selected the wrong contact on the original payment or if a matter’s linked contact has changed.
AR Aging Reports
- We’ve expanded the filter options on the AR Aging by Contact and AR Aging by Matter reports, giving you more ways to customize and refine your report output to match your firm’s specific needs.
Productivity Report
- The Productivity report now includes details on Billable hours, Non-Billable hours and Total hours for the selected date range - making it easier to view key insights in addition to your Billed hours.
