When creating survey widgets such as NPS surveys, you can now decide when user responses are recorded: either when the user closes the widget or when they select an answer. Now available as part of Widget Studio Premium plans.

For more flexible management of personalization campaigns with several targeting rules, you can now modify the order in which the rules are evaluated. Update their order at any time for added control over the exposure of your content variants. Now available in our new Personalization editor, currently in Beta.

You now have the option to limit feature flag approvals for changes to Production environments only, so that staging and development can be updated freely with less roadblocks. Find this option within your Settings tab of your feature flag.

We’ve expanded PBX capabilities to help you build widgets faster.

Skip the manual work in the Widget Studio and Code Editor: just type a prompt to generate your custom widget. Your prompt-built widgets can be immediately used in your web experiments and personalization campaigns.

Choose the evaluation scope for your targeting conditions to either target based on conditions met during the current active session, or consider the visitor's complete history (up to the last 25 visits) to target based on past interactions.
