Send SMS Messages to Increase Visibility of Important Announcements Keep all employees informed of critical or urgent updates by sending announcements to their phones via SMS—fast, direct, and hard to miss. Each message includes a link to the full announcement in Community, and employees can reply “1” to confirm receipt, giving you real-time acknowledgment stats and confidence that no update goes unseen. For example, during a building evacuation or urgent equipment shutdown, you’ll know exactly who has seen and confirmed the alert.

Scheduling

Speed Up Labor Planning with Budget and Forecast Imports Align labor planning with financial goals—without manual data entry. Upload budget and sales data to compare scheduled labor with your budget, monitor labor percentages in real time, and adjust staffing on the fly to stay on track. Especially helpful for industries like restaurants, retail, and hospitality, this feature turns hours of data work into minutes.

• Our international new hire flow tailors the onboarding experience by showing country-specific fields based on an employee's work location and personal address.
• It supports HR functionality across all countries, allows international addresses and phone numbers, captures necessary tax information, and introduces an updated person record drawer that displays or hides fields based on location.

Employee Voice

• Gain deeper insight into employee sentiment by tracking trends for each question over time, with intuitive line charts and clear callouts that spotlight meaningful changes since the last survey.
• Additionally, for richer context, dive into qualitative feedback by exploring comments directly within the selected Heat Map cell—helping you understand not just what employees think, but why.

Mobile

• Easily add, edit, or remove punches right from your mobile device with our supervisor timecard management capability on mobile. Whether it’s fixing missed punches, making corrections, or approving timecards, our mobile app makes managing employee time more efficient and accessible—no desktop required.
• Additionally, our new mobile punch location forecaster gives employees real-time visibility into their location status during the punch process, helping reduce errors and improve compliance.
• If an employee is outside the approved geofence area, a clear warning message appears before they submit their punch.
• A geofence status indicator and interactive map also make it easy to understand their location relative to the allowed punch zone, supporting more accurate timekeeping and stronger location policy enforcement.

Learning

Easily manage engagement in Employee Voice

• Experience a setup wizard for Employee Voice that guides you through scheduling your first engagement survey, establishing an ongoing cadence, and selecting participants.
• Surveys won’t launch until you complete this configuration within the Employee Experience dashboard, giving you full control over survey timing.

• An enhanced search bar offers filtering by name and owner to locate specific reports for scheduling.
• Flexible naming allows for customization and the option to opt out of auto-generated names.
• When selecting multiple reports, you can remove all selected reports or delete individual reports for easy adjustments.
• Clickable report tags display a list of all associated reports, making it easier to review details.
