Meetings - Create Meetings from Templates in Mobile Apps

Procore expands its mobile apps with Meetings tool actions on iOS and Android, letting field teams create meetings from templates, make follow-up meetings, revert to agenda, and distribute minutes and agendas from the jobsite.

Procore mobile apps (iOS and Android) now support key actions in the Meetings tool that were previously only available on the web. You can now create meetings from rom your existing or available templates directly on your mobile device. This new capability empowers field teams to manage meetings end-to-end from the jobsite. This closes a major parity gap between web and mobile, reducing workflow delays and saving time, improving execution, and keeping project teams aligned. Key highlights of this feature include:

    • Create Meetings from Templates — Start new meetings using pre-built templates on mobile.
    • Create Follow-up Meetings — Create follow-up meetings without switching to the web.
    • Revert to Agenda — Roll back minutes to agenda state from mobile.
    • Distribute Minutes and Agendas — Send meeting content to participants immediately from the field. To learn more, see Create a Meeting from Templates (iOS) and Create a Meeting from Templates (Android).

Improved Bulk Editing for Drawing Revisions and Custom Fields

Procore adds a Drawings bulk edit side panel for updating revision numbers and custom fields across multiple sheets.

New Linear Workflow Template Design for Company-Level Templates (Open Beta)

Procore introduces Linear Workflow Templates, giving company admins a faster, more intuitive way to build sequential approvals and hand-offs. The release simplifies routine workflow setup with a table-based builder and adds new assignee management controls for company-level linear templates.

Procore introduced Linear Workflow Templates to provide company administrators with a faster and more intuitive way to build sequential approval and hand-off processes. Linear Workflow Templates allow users to design workflows as a straightforward list of steps within a table-based builder, offering a simpler alternative to complex branching diagrams for routine tasks. This release also includes Assignee Management updates for company-level linear templates: assign an individual directly to a step without first setting up a role, temporarily skip a specific person within an assigned group without altering the group itself, and add or remove individuals from custom roles.
