Maps - Enabled Project Address Marker on All Maps
Procore expands the Maps tool on Web with project location markers on all maps, plus a new popover with project address or coordinates, hover highlighting, and quicker access to project addresses in the search bar.
The Maps tool (Web) supports the project location marker now on all maps. It is no longer limited to maps with Locations enabled. Clicking the marker centers and zooms the map to the project's pin, opening a popover that displays the project's address or coordinates (if available for the project) with a close button. The update also includes styling changes to the address search marker so that both the project address pin and the address search pin highlight on hover. The project address also appears in the search bar above "My Current Location" on maps for quick access. Both the project address marker and the address search marker pins help you to identify project locations and searched locations, respectively. See View Items on the Map.

Procore AI & Datagrid - Monitor and Manage Credit Usage in Control Tower
Procore adds AI credit monitoring and account-level budgeting in Control Tower, with daily and monthly limits, usage alerts, and automatic pauses when limits are reached to help protect credits for the projects that need them most.
Account administrators can now monitor AI credit usage and set hard credit limits from Control Tower, available with every Procore AI Digital Coworker package as well as in Datagrid standalone. Control Tower is the new name for the ‘Reports’ section in Datagrid. The same credit monitoring reports are available there, along with a new Budgeting tab where you can set daily and monthly credit limits at the account level. When usage approaches your chosen limit, admins are notified. If the limit is reached, AI access pauses to protect the balance and reserve credits for projects that need them the most. Learn more about credit monitoring and budgeting.

Procore AI and Datagrid - Automate Agents
Procore adds agent automations for Digital Coworker and Datagrid Enterprise, letting users schedule agents or trigger them by Procore app events like RFIs and submittal updates. It also includes test-before-activation controls and automatic RFI and Submittal Triggered Agents for common workflows.
With a Digital Coworker or Datagrid Enterprise package, you can now automate your agents, so work moves forward without someone manually initiating the agent. From an agent's configuration panel, open Automations to set up when and how that agent runs. Choose between two automation types:
- Scheduled – Run an agent on a set frequency, such as every day, weekdays, weekly, or monthly. Best for recurring work, like routine project summaries or standing reviews.
- App event – Run an agent when something happens in Procore, such as an RFI creation or submittal update. The agent can run actions like analysis or draft generation to help you react to project activity as it occurs.
Users can test the automation before activating it and choose where its output is delivered. Digital Coworker Pro customers can use automations through two agents built for common event-driven workflows: the RFI Triggered Agent and the Submittal Triggered Agent, which can be set to run automatically when those events occur in Procore. See Set Up Agent Automations.

Meetings - Create Meetings from Templates in Mobile Apps
Procore expands its mobile apps with Meetings tool actions on iOS and Android, letting field teams create meetings from templates, make follow-up meetings, revert to agenda, and distribute minutes and agendas from the jobsite.
Procore mobile apps (iOS and Android) now support key actions in the Meetings tool that were previously only available on the web. You can now create meetings from rom your existing or available templates directly on your mobile device. This new capability empowers field teams to manage meetings end-to-end from the jobsite. This closes a major parity gap between web and mobile, reducing workflow delays and saving time, improving execution, and keeping project teams aligned. Key highlights of this feature include:
- Create Meetings from Templates — Start new meetings using pre-built templates on mobile.
- Create Follow-up Meetings — Create follow-up meetings without switching to the web.
- Revert to Agenda — Roll back minutes to agenda state from mobile.
- Distribute Minutes and Agendas — Send meeting content to participants immediately from the field. To learn more, see Create a Meeting from Templates (iOS) and Create a Meeting from Templates (Android).
