Datagrid now supports a broader range of agentic actions in Procore across workflows, including observations, incidents, action plans, RFIs, direct costs, invoices, punch items, correspondence, payment applications, commitment invoices, and more.

When creating or updating Procore items, the system now prefills more fields based on your project context and provides clearer, user-friendly labels, such as showing the actual name of a custom field rather than technical placeholders like custom_field. In addition, dropdown options are more complete and required fields are easier to identify, reducing manual cleanup and helping you complete tasks accurately on the first try.

Improved Visibility of Workflow Template Tool Type

Procore added a new Type column to the Workflow Template Management page to clearly show which tool type each workflow template was assigned to. To learn more, see Search and Filter Workflow Templates.

Procore Pay - Requirements Filter for Payable Invoices Dashboard

Procore now includes a Requirements filter on the Payable Invoices dashboard, enabling Procore Pay users to filter invoices based on the status of payment requirements. The Requirements filter is designed to help you organize invoices by selecting between Met (100% of payment requirements met) and Not Met (less than 100% met) to assist with preparing disbursement batches. This feature can be enabled by Company Admins via Procore Explore in the Procore Pay Beta.

Procore Pay - Waiver eNotarization with OneNotary Generally Available

Following a successful Beta, Procore Pay now includes eNotarization for lien waiver documents through the OneNotary integration, which is available for all Procore Pay users. This feature is designed to help users manage the execution of lien waivers via in-person or remote online notary services. To configure this feature, navigate to the Company-level Payments tool and enable eNotarization within the Lien Waiver settings.

Procore Explore Early Access Stage Pill and Filter

Procore introduced a new “Early Access” program and Product Lifecycle stage in Procore Explore to help Company Admins access GA-quality improvements sooner. Procore Explore Early Access displays a new status pill on feature cards and in the detail panel, and added an “Early Access” option to the global filter so Company Admins could quickly isolate these features. Assets - Company Level (Beta)

Procore has launched Company Level Assets to eliminate data fragmentation by providing a master register for your entire asset portfolio, delivering real-time visibility from initial specification through final handover to help you achieve the right project delivery outcomes. This feature can be enabled by Company Admins via Procore Explore.

• Centralized Single Source of Truth: Gain a holistic view of all planned and installed assets across your company to eliminate tracking challenges, mitigate risks, and reduce costs.
• Strategic Project Planning: Effectively plan and seamlessly allocate company level assets to specific projects exactly when they are needed based on project schedules.
• Connected Data: Create a continuous digital thread by linking critical documentation (like O&M manuals and specs from Company Documents) directly to the asset record.
• Bulk Actions & API Extensibility: Easily create and manage your register using bulk imports/exports, or leverage our APIs to build custom integrations tailored to your existing workflows.

Locations - Introducing the New Web-Based Locations Tool (Beta)

Procore has launched a new web-based Locations tool to evolve project locations from simple hierarchical tags into a dynamic spatial hub. You can manage and map locations through a standalone Locations tool accessible directly from the main menu. With the introduction of location-specific permissions, users no longer require broad Admin access to manage locations. Key enhancements include:

• Streamlined management: Create, edit, search, and delete locations directly within an improved hierarchical tree or list view.
• Secure access control: Use dedicated permissions to manage who can edit or export location data without needing to grant broad Project Admin access.
• Map locations: Define locations as precise geospatial shapes (polygons), routes (paths), or specific coordinates (points) on the Map for rich visual context. To learn more, see Locations (Web).

Procore Pay - Owner Waiver Generation and Advanced Template Configuration for Owner Invoices

Procore now includes native Owner Waiver generation and template configuration within the Owner Invoice process. This feature enables users to configure specific templates for different waiver tiers and is designed to help users manage the population of financial data from Procore records to support documentation requirements.

Correspondence - Modernized with New Settings Experience

Procore modernized the Correspondence tool to streamline how project teams manage communication types and access. This update introduces a more intuitive, tabbed navigation for tool settings and a paginated interface for managing permissions, allowing for faster adjustments and better visibility of user access. Additionally, the update includes improved Email Settings with Default Distribution management and a new on-page dropdown to switch between correspondence types seamlessly, while ensuring RFIs remain managed in their own dedicated tool for maximum data integrity.

Document Management - Prevent Concurrent Workflows for Document Revisions

Procore has introduced a new Document Rule that allows teams to prevent multiple revisions of the same document from being in active workflows simultaneously. This enhancement reduces confusion for reviewers by ensuring they are only approving the most current information. When enabled, users are prompted to terminate any conflicting workflows before submitting a new revision or starting a new workflow. This update also includes a new Workflow Conflict alert in the Action Required area for easy resolution of existing conflicts.

Enhanced Notes and Status Management for Company Admins

Procore introduced foundational administrative tooling to transform the Procore Explore program list into an actionable management dashboard, enabling centralized decision-making and efficient change management. The Notes and Status Management features allow Company Admins to create, edit, and delete notes, as well as tag programs with new status and priority states for streamlined evaluation and collaboration. Procore has removed access to the legacy User Sessions Report for all users across all regions. This includes access through the app, bookmarks, and any integrations, and the supporting data pipeline is being fully sunset. Users should now use the User Activity Report in the 360 Reporting tool for all user activity queries. Consolidating on this new report provides a more consistent, functional, and informative experience for analyzing user activity data, and eliminates reliance on the older, less capable legacy User Sessions Report. Insights - New Unfunded Commitment Change Orders (CCOs) Insight Available

A new Unfunded Commitment Change Orders insight has been added to the Company- and Project-level Cost Management tool. This insight helps you spot and reduce financial risk from Commitment Change Orders (COOs) that have not been linked to owner funding source (Prime Contract Change Orders). At the Project level, the insight focuses on individual project health, allowing project teams to see specific change orders that risk becoming non-reimbursable costs. At the Company level, it aggregates this risk across the entire organization, providing executives and financial controllers a view of total unfunded exposure across all active projects.

This new insight helps prevent unreimbursed work and revenue leakage when CCOs are not backed by owner funding. It helps to see where change management is stalled (for example, many items >60 days or high % of contract value unfunded). It also gives both project teams and executives the visibility needed to protect margins and ensure subcontractors are paid. See About Procore Insights.

Procore Pay - Invoice Signing Generally Available

Procore Pay now includes an enhanced invoice signing workflow within the platform. This functionality is now generally available and is designed to help users manage subcontractor billing and coordinate the collection of signatures on invoice documentation. This update enables users to configure compliance requirements to facilitate the approval process.

RFIs - Filter and Identify RFIs by Company

Procore has added a new Created By (Company) filter to the RFI list view, enabling project leads to quickly identify which partner organization originated each RFI. This filtering functionality provides greater accountability and transparency for multi-company workflows by allowing users to filter and audit RFIs by company name. See Search for and Filter RFIs.

Insights - New Favorited Insights Available on Company Homepage (Beta)

Procore has added Favorited Insights to the new Procore Homepage (company-level) in Procore Explore. Users can access this company-level insight directly on the new company Homepage instead of accessing it from the side-panel or Dock. The insight shows key company insights to users immediately at login, reducing friction and clicks required to access insights. It encourage better tool adoption and data-driven decision-making. It helps project teams reduce risk and increase accountability by surfacing insights earlier. To learn more, see About Procore Insights.

360 Reporting - April Data Release

Procore is releasing the April 2026 data update for the 360 Reporting tool, enhancing reporting capabilities for all users. This release will expand the available data columns and objects to enhance reporting capabilities across multiple tools. Users now have access to new data fields in Direct Cost, Document Management, RFI, Task, and other tools. Project Overview GA for Newer Customers

For Customers who joined Procore after May 2024, Procore has replaced the Project Home with a modern Project Overview to deliver a more robust and customizable experience. The Project Overview introduces dedicated sections for project information, segregates open items into "My Open Items" and "All Open Items", and improves the display of project dates and messages. Insights - Company User Engagement Insight Now Available

Procore has added a new Company User Engagement – Last 6 Weeks Insight that gives administrators and leaders a portfolio-wide view of user login and activity data across all active projects for a rolling 6‑week window. The insight shows active vs inactive users at the company level based on login and qualifying events. It provide summary metrics, for example, total active projects, total users, logged-in users, and internal versus external breakdown. It shows activity over time with filters (project, platform). It also provides a View All Projects modal listing user-level engagement details (projects, last activity, activity counts, and top tools used). To learn more. see About Procore Insights.

Meetings - Integrated with the Tasks Tool

Procore has integrated its Meetings tool (web) directly with its Tasks tool. This enhancement enables you to create, assign, and track actionable tasks directly from meeting items. This integration addresses the unstructured tracking of meeting action items that previously led to missed deadlines, duplicated work, and inefficient follow-up. Teams can now receive timely notifications and track progress seamlessly. It streamlines project execution, enhances accountability, and guarantees that every critical action item is addressed.

You can also view and manage tasks in both the Meetings and Tasks tools. Assignees receive notifications for tasks created from meetings. The integration provides a more competitive, integrated workflow compared to Excel and email-based tracking. It increases visibility and accountability for meeting action items. Procore Explore - Enhanced Project and User Selection Visibility

The project and user table views within the enrollment workflow now includes a toggle option for showing selected projects and showing selected users. This streamlines the enrollment configuration process for Company Admins allowing them to quickly view and manage selected projects and users without scrolling through extensive lists. 360 Reporting - Actual Hours Versus Submitted Timecard Dataset Available (Beta)

A new aggregated Timecard reporting dataset has been added to the 360 Reporting tool that lets you compare Actual Hours (labor recorded in the system) with Submitted Timecard Hours. This new dataset provides aggregated timecard metrics at key reporting grains (for example, project, user, work date/week). It exposes Actual Hours vs Submitted Hours so you can analyze variances in your reporting tools and dashboards. It helps you identify discrepancies between recorded work and submitted timecards. It also supports improved labor tracking accuracy and deeper operational insights into Timecard reporting behavior and workforce performance. To learn more, see the 360 Reporting Data Guide.
