Procore is now enforcing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Payee Admins, extending the security measure previously required only for Pay Admins of the Payor. This enhancement ensures that all Payee Admins with access to sensitive banking information are required to use MFA during every login attempt, safeguarding their data and account security. Enhanced Procore Pay security now features identity safeguards requiring the invited recipient to be the same user who logs in and accepts the invite. To ensure a more secure and verifiable audit trail, reassigning invitations is no longer supported and all links will now expire after 14 days, keeping your payment onboarding both timely and protected.

Bid Board and Estimating: Auto Rename and Rotation Tools

Procore has streamlined the Auto-Rename feature to process supported drawings even when unsupported files are present, significantly reducing workflow interruptions. We’ve also added rotation tools directly to the preview modal for faster editing, and prevented documents from inadvertently entering rename mode. iOS - Modernized Multi-Column Tablet Experience for iPad

Procore introduced a modernized tablet experience for iPad, featuring new two-column and three-column layouts that enhance productivity and multitasking in the field. New layouts can be found with the Documents, Drawings, and Specifications tools. The multi-column tablet experience enabled users to view sidebar, list, and details simultaneously, reducing redundant navigation and streamlining workflows. See What layouts are available for iPad?

Photos - Instant Location Stamping Enabled for Photos in Mobile Apps

You can now instantly stamp your photos with the current location using the Stamp menu in the mobile app camera (iOS and Android). The currently set location is automatically added to any photo taken within the app. This location stamp feature ensures that every photo captured within the app includes precise location details, supporting traceability and reporting requirements.
Previously, you exported photos manually and used third-party tools to add location labels. This workaround resulted in significant lost productivity. The new location stamp feature streamlines the process, saving time and reducing errors. Project stakeholders, including owners and municipal entities, can now reduce the time they spend on reporting. Change Events - Modernized Change Events List View

Procore has officially transitioned the Change Events list to a modernized view to make your experience faster and more intuitive. You can now see more information at a glance with descriptions placed directly under titles, while our new grouped filters make finding exactly what you need simpler than ever. WBS - Custom Segment Requirement Controls for Budget Codes

Custom segments can now be configured as required for new budget codes in the Work Breakdown Structure. This update ensures consistency by enforcing field entry with visual indicators and error validation. Change Events - Modernized Change Events Recycle Bin Experience

Procore has modernized the Change Events Recycle Bin user interface with Next Generation Experience (NGX), delivering a modern, intuitive and high-performing experience. The new design is more consistent and user-friendly. There are no changes to the existing functionality.

Invoicing - Modernized Owner Invoice Change History

Procore is introducing a modernized Owner Invoice Change History to improve customer experience and streamline invoicing processes. The Owner Invoice Change History now offers an updated interface, aligning with other financial tools and addressing previous usability challenges.

Budget - Edit Budget Snapshots for greater flexibility

You can now edit the name, type, and description of your budget snapshots directly from the Snapshot banner in the Budget. This update eliminates the need to delete and recreate snapshots when details change and allows you to convert snapshots between Ad Hoc and Project Status (PSS) types at any time, ensuring your data is correctly categorized for project or company-level reporting. Notably, converting to a PSS from Ad Hoc automatically sets the status to Approved, streamlining the transition for previously reviewed records. To learn more, see Budget and Snapshots User Guide.
