Photos - Instant Location Stamping Enabled for Photos in Mobile Apps
You can now instantly stamp your photos with the current location using the Stamp menu in the mobile app camera (iOS and Android). The currently set location is automatically added to any photo taken within the app. This location stamp feature ensures that every photo captured within the app includes precise location details, supporting traceability and reporting requirements.
Previously, you exported photos manually and used third-party tools to add location labels. This workaround resulted in significant lost productivity. The new location stamp feature streamlines the process, saving time and reducing errors. Project stakeholders, including owners and municipal entities, can now reduce the time they spend on reporting. Change Events - Modernized Change Events Recycle Bin Experience
Procore has modernized the Change Events Recycle Bin user interface with Next Generation Experience (NGX), delivering a modern, intuitive and high-performing experience. The new design is more consistent and user-friendly. There are no changes to the existing functionality.

Budget - Edit Budget Snapshots for greater flexibility
You can now edit the name, type, and description of your budget snapshots directly from the Snapshot banner in the Budget. This update eliminates the need to delete and recreate snapshots when details change and allows you to convert snapshots between Ad Hoc and Project Status (PSS) types at any time, ensuring your data is correctly categorized for project or company-level reporting. Notably, converting to a PSS from Ad Hoc automatically sets the status to Approved, streamlining the transition for previously reviewed records. To learn more, see Budget and Snapshots User Guide.

WBS - Custom Segment Requirement Controls for Budget Codes
Custom segments can now be configured as required for new budget codes in the Work Breakdown Structure. This update ensures consistency by enforcing field entry with visual indicators and error validation. Procore has officially transitioned the Change Events list to a modernized view to make your experience faster and more intuitive. You can now see more information at a glance with descriptions placed directly under titles, while our new grouped filters make finding exactly what you need simpler than ever. WBS - Administrative WBS Enhancements
Procore’s newest WBS enhancements streamline administrative workflows and provide stronger guardrails to ensure data integrity. Key updates include a new warning and acknowledgement for custom segment creation to ensure intentional segment setup, a cost code count column for subjobs, and the addition of required field asterisks and placeholder text for more visual clarity. These improvements, which also include "unsaved change" browser alerts and persistent action icons, provide a more intuitive environment with clearer guardrails for both Company and Project Admins.

Commitment - Automated Commitment Invoice Numbering
Procore now offers a new company-level configuration to automatically number Commitment/Subcontractor Invoices, which simplifies the invoice management process across all projects. The "Automated Invoice Numbering," feature allows users to define a custom numbering format using components such as Invoice Position, Project Number, and Commitment Number, which can be previewed before implementation. Document Management: New Markup Functionality on Web

Over the next ten days, Procore is rolling out significant enhancements to markup functionality in the web version of the Document Management tool. You can now categorize markups as public or private, and manage them independently of approval workflows. Instead of markups loading automatically when opening a document, choose your markups experience from the left-side panel: The layers icon opens the new ‘My Markups’ (private) and ‘Shared Markups’ (public) categories, and the workflow icon opens the same approval and markup functionality available previously. These updates offer a cohesive interface with improved filtering and organization for your annotations.

Daily Log - Added Date Picker to the Calendar View

A new date picker has been added to the Calendar View page in the Daily Log tool (Web only). This enhancement allows you to quickly select specific dates, months, and years. It improves navigation, especially when accessing dates far in the past (for example, January 2025). It also enhances visibility and overall usability. The existing arrow buttons for adjacent month navigation are still available. See View Daily Logs in the Calendar View for more information.

January 22, 2026 — Company Timesheets - Close a Pay Period

Timesheet administrators close a pay period to complete and lock all time entries. If employees submit timesheets late, the system notifies a distribution list, allowing administrators to see late entries, reduce compliance risks, and process payroll faster. January 20, 2026 — Correspondence - Attach Document Management Files to Correspondence

Procore introduced the ability for users to attach documents from the Document Management tool to items in the Correspondence tool on mobile devices. On both Android and iOS, the Correspondence tool enables seamless document attachment from PDM, supporting efficient project communication on the go. January 20, 2026 — Full page Disbursement Process

Procore improved the Payments disbursement process by changing the creation flow from a side tear to a full-page view . The new experience retains all existing functionality, so disbursements are created, saved, and initiated the same way. See Create Disbursements .

Procore updated the Specifications tool by replacing the old data table with a modern NGX data table, delivering a refreshed look and improved consistency with other Procore tools. The Specifications tool now features a more intuitive and less cluttered interface, with no loss or significant change in functionality.

January 20, 2026 — Company and Project Documents - Modernized List View

Procore updated both the Company and Project Documents tool by replacing the old data table and info pages with a new data table and unified info panel, delivering a modernized user interface aligned with NGX design patterns. The Documents tool adopted a more intuitive and consistent look and feel, with no loss or significant change in functionality.

Procore is streamlining the publishing workflow by migrating the Model Publish and Settings buttons from the VDC Plugin into a unified Procore BIM Plugin. This v1.3.0 release provides a consistent user interface across both web and Navisworks, designed for a seamless experience through a single installer. Procore updated Company Level App Management to deliver a more modern and intuitive user interface. The modernized App Management List now uses a new architecture and features a refreshed design that aligns with Procore’s latest standards and maintains all existing functionality.

January 20, 2026 — BIM Coordination Issues - Watchers Functionality Now Available on iOS

The Watchers feature for the BIM Coordination Issues tool is now available on iOS. Field teams can now add and remove Watchers directly from their mobile devices. For details, see Add Watchers to Coordination Issues (iOS) .

January 20, 2026 — Document Management - Document Comparison for Mobile

Procore introduced document comparison capabilities on Mobile PDM for both iOS and Android devices, enabling users to identify differences between documents using Tabbed View and Overlay View. The document comparison feature allowed users to compare any revision or version of the same document, as well as other documents within the same PDM collection, streamlining workflows for both office and field teams.

Procore updated the Specifications tool by replacing the old info page with a new, modernized version that aligns with NGX design patterns. The Specifications tool info page adopted a refreshed layout, offering a more intuitive and consistent user experience without any loss of functionality.

Company and Project Admin - Modernized Pages

Procore is modernizing three screens across the Company and Project Admin tools for optimized performance and design. In the Company Admin tool, the Roles and Contextual Help pages have updated user interfaces, and in the Project Admin tool, you’ll notice a more modern Settings page if you have the ‘Project Overview’ Beta experience enabled via Procore Explore.

Enhanced Issue Awareness with Watchers for BIM Coordination Issues

Procore introduced the Watchers field to the Coordination Issues tool, enabling project teams to efficiently receive automated notifications about relevant issues without relying on manual comment tagging or email chains. Coordination Issue creators can add key stakeholders (like BIM Leads or Project Managers) as Watchers upon creation to ensure they are kept in the loop from the start. Resource Planning - Modernized Experience for the Assignments List

Consistent User Experience with Bidding

This release modernizes individual Bidding Tool pages to align with Procore’s latest design standards, improving usability and streamlining workflows. Key updates include redesigned navigation and filters for bid packages, enhanced correspondence creation with a new text editor, and improved email and Planroom experiences. These changes are part of Procore’s Bidding Tool Modernization initiative, aimed at delivering a more intuitive, efficient, and unified communication platform for construction stakeholders.

Daily Log - Added Anchor Navigation Menu for Enhanced Usability

Procore has added a new anchor navigation menu to the List view in the Daily Log tool (web only). This menu allows you to quickly navigate between individual log types on the List view page without excessive scrolling. It displays all log types as clickable links (based on Project and Company settings) and remains visible on the left side of the List view page while scrolling. This enhancement also provides a cleaner and more structured interface (Web), improving overall usability. See View a Daily Log in the List View.

Insights - User Engagement Insight Now Available

Procore has introduced new user engagement insights by aggregating user activity data such as last log in, average interaction metrics, and session durations. The User Engagement insight enables project managers and administrators to identify both high and low usage users, supporting targeted actions to improve team productivity and system utilization. Enhanced Field Descriptions for Directory Data Set in 360 Reporting

To improve data clarity in 360 Reporting, Procore has added comprehensive descriptions for all Directory data set fields. Users can now hover over a new information icon next to data set fields to instantly see a clear explanation of what the field represents. Insights - General Availability Across All Regions and Languages

Procore Insights has expanded access to all regions and supported languages. Construction Intelligence Insights enable global deployment, consistent time zone and currency handling, retrained RFI topic models, and region-specific benchmarks for enhanced predictive analytics. Bidding Usability Improvements

We have enhanced efficiency in the Bidder Tab by enabling instant search capabilities by Bidder first name, last name, and company name.
