Turn Complexity into Closing Power: Salesloft's Fall Launch Innovations
Salesloft launches AI agents for closing, including Sales Strategist Agent, Influence Graph, Key Moments, and AI Email Assistant. The release focuses on smarter coaching, clearer buying-group insight, and faster, more personalized outreach to help teams win more deals.
Think of any modern athlete... From Patrick Mahomes to the college backup.
They don’t just have a coach; they have a dedicated performance ecosystem. A head coach leading them, a strength coach fine tuning their muscles, a nutritionist to get the right fuel.
The game increased in complexity and competition, so the tools and strategy changed with it. Players have personalized, data-driven insights and coaching for every facet of their performance.
Now imagine Mahomes getting ready for a playoff game and the coach tells him: “Figure it out. I’m buried in admin right now.” Absurd, right?
Now look at the modern sales environment.
The plays haven’t changed, but the playbook needs to be rewritten for AI. You’re dealing with unprecedented pressure and complexity, yet the current strategies haven’t caught up. Trends reveal two primary threats to modern revenue, underscoring the urgency to rewrite your playbook:
The execution crisis
Widespread failure of consistent coaching due to capacity constraints and administrative overload, which halts the skill development needed to navigate today’s complex deals, wastes resources, and kills revenue growth.
The complexity crisis
Today your typical buying committee has 10+ stakeholders with conflicting priorities and goals. This leads to prolonged sales cycles and high deal fragility. A staggering 85% of sellers lost a deal last year because a key stakeholder changed jobs.
Execution and complexity shouldn’t be silent deal killers. We can no longer afford to let reps “figure it out,” but with the right solution, you can turn complexity into your team’s secret weapon.
To combat these threats to modern revenue, we developed AI innovations that keep deals moving and help you win.
Since deals are won or lost after halftime, Salesloft built AI agents to help you where it matters most: closing.
That’s what this launch delivers.
Your playmakers have arrived
Just like a great coaching staff, each of these AI agents plays a distinct role: analyzing the field, spotting weaknesses, and giving your team the guidance to finish strong.
Sales Strategist Agent
Influence Graph
Key Moments
AI Email AssistantImprove win rates and deal speed by scaling consistent, timely, and effective 1:1 coaching, without putting more admin work on your (already full) plate.
Prevent deal fragility and turn complexity into clarity by revealing hidden power dynamics and attitudes often missed by CRM data or masked by job titles.
Reduce mountains of manual effort and stop wasting time on bad deals with AI that automatically captures critical moments and reduces your admin burden.
Let AI agents personalize seller emails without leaving their workflow, so you can combat generic outreach, move faster, and save countless hours.
Each of these agents focuses on a critical part of the sales game, from coaching and clarity to communication and qualification. Here’s how they work together to help your team win more often.
1. De-risk deals: Fight complexity with clarity
Imagine you’ve spent months building a relationship with your champion. You know there are others on the buying committee, but your champion has a “C” in her title, so she must be calling the shots.
After prioritizing this for a quarter, you get some bad news: your champion changed jobs. You just wasted months and it’s too late to make it up in time to hit your number.
Extreme complexity defines today’s external environment. Shifting from single decision-makers to cross-functional buying committees with an average of 15+ people (multi-national deals). This transformation rendered traditional, champion-focused sales tactics obsolete.
When 15+ people arrive at the buying table, each stakeholder brings their own conflicting experiences, challenges, and idea of success. So coming to a consensus is extremely difficult. This lack of consensus creates inertia, indecision and misalignment: the primary reasons deals stall and ultimately die.
To combat the silent deal killers, every interaction must be optimized. You can’t be dependent on a single champion or executive with an impressive sounding title. You need to know who has real influence and how people actually relate to each other. The guy who doesn’t say a word in meetings but is actually a pivotal gatekeeper.
We’ve introduced Influence Graph and AI Email Assistant to help you de-risk deals and fight complexity with clarity.
Influence Graph is designed to eliminate guesswork and mitigate massive risks by showing you a map of the true power structure. Influence Graph helps your team build crucial consensus across the entire buying group and focus on interactions that accelerate time-to-revenue.
Buyers won’t engage if communication sounds generic and inauthentic, and it takes a massive amount of time to tailor every email to large buying teams. So we built the AI Email Assistant to make every message personalized and contextual. No extra work required. AI agents instantly generate these emails so you can spend less time drafting and more time selling.
2. Provide effective coaching at scale
In sports, even the smallest uncorrected flaw — a bad grip, a slow step — can make the difference between winning and losing. It’s a game of inches, and so is sales.
Successful coaches in sports have an unyielding focus on execution. They adhere to a rigorous process and deliver consistent 1:1 coaching to ensure their players execute on every single play. They immediately correct mistakes to gain the inches that make the difference between winning and losing.
The primary pain point for sellers is the lack of reliable, structured support. Analysis reveals that only 40% of reps report receiving regular, consistent coaching from their managers. Therefore, 60% of the sales workforce is fundamentally unsupported in an ongoing manner.
The widespread failure of sales managers to deliver consistent, timely, and quality coaching isn’t due to a lack of effort or executive prioritization. It’s due to a failure of managerial capacity.
On a small team with only four reps, a manager spends an average of 32 hours per month (or one full day per week) solely on admin tasks.
When organizations adopt a formal, structured coaching program, the results are immediate:
- Companies that adopt a formal coaching process attain 91% of their total quotas
- Coaching generates an 88% increase in productivity, compared to a 23% gain from training alone
- Structured coaching programs deliver an average ROI of 353%
Despite the significant benefits, capacity constraints make scale and consistency impossible to achieve manually. So how do you scale effective coaching when managers are drowning in a pool of admin work?
Introducing the solution for effective coaching at scale: Sales Strategist Agent. Delivering personalized coaching straight to the workflow for both managers and sellers, without adding any admin burden.
This AI Coaching Agent is your direct intervention against The Execution Crisis. By specifically targeting the capacity constraint that plagues managers, automatically ingesting data to deliver timely feedback, and identifying opportunities for growth, you have an opportunity for astronomical returns.
Teams with consistent quality coaching enjoy higher win rates, productivity, and quota attainment. Top performers avoid plateau and low performers continue improving. By adhering to a process and executing accordingly, your gains aren’t in inches, they’re in miles.
3. Stop wasting time on bad deals
Admin adds up. Capturing the critical info needed to qualify a deal requires heavy manual effort. Working late to dig through calls and notes. Spending precious hours reviewing competitors and pricing structures. All this time and you still might not know where a deal stands and if it’s worth your time to pursue.
Furthermore, revenue teams are like snowflakes. Every one is unique. So how can you cut through the noise and stop wasting time on bad deals?
With enhanced Key Moments aligned to your unique sales process, AI surfaces insights so sellers know where every deal stands so you can focus on closing.
Getting those insights in real-time — covering your methodology, competitors, pricing, and more — ensures nothing critical gets missed.
With enhanced clarity and less admin, your deals are propelled forward. You know where a deal stands and have the critical insights and nuances captured so you can focus on selling with confidence.
4. Turn complexity into closing power
Sports have always evolved with increasing complexity. Today’s top coaches aren’t spending their time tracking attendance or logging plays manually. They’re leveraging massive datasets and real-time feedback to evolve their playbook. The best coaches never stop evolving. They embrace innovations that help their teams see the field clearly and execute when it counts.
The complexity of the modern sales landscape isn’t going anywhere, but it doesn’t have to be a crisis. These innovations are designed to give your sellers and managers the clarity, momentum, and power they need to close more deals faster.

Salesloft Extends Category Leadership, Expands Enterprise-Grade Capabilities
Latest enterprise-grade features
- Account-based team selling: When multiple team members across an organization work on a single account, seamless collaboration is critical. With the ability to create multiple account owners, organizations can ensure a single, shared view of each account to deliver a better selling experience for their revenue team.
- Increased access controls: Customers with complex business requirements now have full control over the data their users have access to. With enterprise-scale data governance embedded into the platform across Cadence, Conversations, and Deals, businesses can protect sensitive revenue opportunity data, call recordings, and customer records to ensure security, compliance, and privacy standards are met. Salesloft is the first provider in the space to provide access controls across all of these solutions.
- Robust Mobile App functionality: As the hybrid workforce evolves and more sellers return to the road, the Salesloft Mobile App upgrades now allow field sellers to execute sales activities on the go. This means field reps can engage with prospects in the moment to ensure no time-sensitive communication slips through the cracks. Salesloft’s mobile app offers the most comprehensive capabilities in Sales Engagement.
“Sales teams have adopted technology quickly, often at the expense of critical governance capabilities. This exposes companies to policy or compliance violations.” said Ellie Fields, CPO. “We believe it is Salesloft's job to provide sales teams with technology they need to sell, and to make sure that technology is governed. Especially in tight markets, our customers want to spend time selling, not managing disparate systems.”
Momentum and platform enhancements
Earlier this year, Salesloft announced two major product innovations. In April, the company announced Forecast by Salesloft, a native and fully integrated capability that helps organizations forecast with more accuracy and take action to close deals all from the same platform. Shortly after, Salesloft launched Salesloft Coaching, a first-of-its-kind coaching innovation for sales managers. Salesloft Coaching helps sales managers effectively coach their team by aggregating all the critical information they need about rep performance, including the ability to drill down to each conversation or email, right at their fingertips.
The company was also recently recognized as a Leader in the Forrester Wave™: Sales Engagement Platforms, Q3 2022, just one week after G2 named Salesloft as the #1 Enterprise Sales Engagement provider for ten quarters.
The company also released the results of The Total Economic Impact™ of Salesloft, a commissioned 2022 study conducted by Forrester Consulting on behalf of Salesloft. The study revealed enterprises that use Salesloft can expect $12 million in increased profits and cost savings over three years.
Furthermore, in June 2022, Salesloft expanded into Asia Pacific to meet the growing demand for sales engagement in the region.

Salesloft, provider of the first and only AI-powered revenue workflow platform, today announced the launch of Rhythm. Powered by a proprietary, patent-pending AI engine called Conductor AI, Rhythm translates buyer behavior into the most immediate and impactful seller actions in a single prioritized workflow customized to each seller. Every prioritized action comes with an explanation of why the action is important, building trust and intuition in sellers.

Rhythm ingests buyer signals from across the Salesloft platform and partner integrations including G2, Seismic, Vidyard, and Highspot, with 20+ partners planned. Conductor AI ranks and prioritizes the most important actions, constantly learning and re-prioritizing in real time. New workflows support sales best practices with AI-generated action items for meetings, editable by sellers. Users can focus on all actions or filter by Cadence or Closing actions.
Benefits and Impact
- Rhythm aims to transform how sellers work by simplifying the revenue workflow and closing the gap between buyers and sellers. It makes revenue generation faster, easier, and more predictable while improving the buyer experience. It consolidates seller actions into one prioritized list, increasing productivity and outcomes. Summer 2023 Product Update
Summer 2023 update introduces Rhythm AI workflows, Conductor AI, automated Plays tasks, Focus Zones, Generative AI conversations, and Android mobile app.
Summer 2023 Product Update
Rhythm: AI turns buyer behavior signals into seller action. Full-cycle sellers need to know where (and how) to spend their time to close more deals. Rhythm uses AI to prioritize seller actions based on buyer behavior in an organized workflow.
Conductor AI: Prioritize your workflow. Conductor AI takes buyer signals from Salesloft and third-party integrations, ranks them based on immediacy and impact, and then offers the next best action for sellers to take. The AI workflow automation constantly learns what actions = better outcomes to reprioritize your workflow.
Plays: Take the right action at the right time. Plays creates automated tasks – like sending a meeting reminder or following up after a call – in response to real-time buyer signals. That way you can spend your day knowing exactly what actions will win you more deals.
Focus Zones: Align your time with your top priorities. Focus on sales pipeline generation by running Cadence steps in the Cadence Focus Zone. Or narrow in on deals most likely to close in the Close Focus Zone.
Generative AI for Conversations: Extract highlights in less time. Save time on reviewing conversation recordings. Salesloft automatically generates conversation summaries and action items, directly in your workflow.
Salesloft Mobile App for Android: Sell on-the-go. Salesloft Mobile is available for Android users on the Google Play Store! Execute sales activities on the go – such as sending high-quality personalized emails – without having to learn a new platform.

Reveal hidden messages and competitors across your sales calls with Salesloft
Tracker Trends deliver cross‑conversation insights for sales, marketing, product, and management to speed coaching and decisions.
Look beyond the snapshot with Tracker Trends
To solve this problem, we’re giving a birds-eye view to Conversations with Tracker Trends. Tracker Trends makes connections across Conversations and visualizes patterns over time to identify problems or areas of opportunity that were otherwise invisible. Sales coaches, managers, and go-to-market leaders can see if:
- Buyers are mentioning a competitor more often
- There are frequent mentions of product issues
- Price sensitivity is increasing or decreasing
- Sellers are pitching the product well (and on-message)
Tracker Trends is a new, more tactful, and efficient way to think and look at call reporting. The reporting dashboard is broken down into three categories:
- Trends over time by number of Conversations
- Terms ranking in [selected Tracker group]
- Conversations with mentions
The line chart gives a quick and easy snapshot of overall trends happening across Conversations, with the option to filter by date, owner, and Tracker Group/Term. Tracker Groups break down Conversations by different categories, such as next steps, filler words, authority, budget + pricing, and partners.
This feature allows you to see the exact terms that are most frequently mentioned. For example, if more competitors are being mentioned, this is a cause for investigation. Tracker Trends reveal insights such as a new competitor offering a free product enticing buyers away from your paid product, enabling strategy adjustments in product messaging, competitive sales tactics, and pricing options.
The table offers a full list view of every conversation, the related Tracker terms, and additional key features. You can track it back to the specific rep to identify areas of opportunity across their calls to make improvements.
Sales enablement and sales training
Tracker Trends give insight into how sellers are selling – and if they are delivering key value propositions from marketing, or applying sales training skills in Conversations. For example, see what topics are brought up most during the negotiation stage and how reps are responding to objections. With a better understanding of what is and isn’t working across content and Conversations, sales enablement can refine their programs, and sales managers can coach more effectively.
Sales managers
Tracker Trends give sales managers insight into topics that may be slowing deals. At a high level, you can see how many times things like pricing and partners were mentioned over time across several different buyer/seller Conversations, and the exact terms mentioned in relation to those Conversations. Then, you can drill down into the individual Conversations of the people on your team – letting you have a more targeted, 1:1 coaching approach when needed.
Product Managers
Tracker Trends give Product Managers the ongoing insight they need to develop, alter, and grow the product. Capturing feedback from real-time Conversations on specific features that require improvement or need to be built ensures a more targeted and consistent product creation process – which in turn reflects a more cohesive buying journey and positive experience for customers.
Marketing
Looking at trends across Conversations gives marketing a better idea of how to target prospects, enlighten customers, and streamline the overall experience. It also gives marketers a better understanding of key competitors and pricing, helping them evolve product positioning, develop competitive materials, and improve value props.
Recap: Tracker Trends is your new secret weapon
Tracker Trends reduce the time spent on diagnosing problems in your team’s messaging, lets you take quicker corrective action through coaching, and quickly confirms the impact of the countermeasures you implement. It helps stop wasting time on the impossible task of stitching insights from individual Conversations to get a full-picture understanding of how your team is performing, and whether they’re on track to hit their goals.

Salesloft Announces New Platform Enhancements and Rhythm Integrations to Drive Increased Seller Efficiency
Open API for integrations, 11 Rhythm partners, convo-based trend analytics, and Android app launch—major shipped product updates.
Open API expands scope and speed to market for future Rhythm integrations
- A new self-service, open API from Salesloft enables third-parties – both software integration partners and Salesloft customers – to inject data into Salesloft and trigger custom Rhythm workflows, significantly speeding up time to market and supporting customers’ unique business needs. For example, a customer could set up a custom integration that sends the data as signals into the seller’s Rhythm queue, automatically prompting the seller with an appropriate next step.
New Rhythm partner integrations take advantage of underutilized buyer intent data and scale best practices across the sales organization
- With 11 new Salesloft Rhythm partner integrations in Q4, teams can create customizable workflows that turn insights from their tech stack into actionable next best steps for the seller.
- New partners include LeanData, LeadIQ, Showpad, UserGems, Reachdesk, Equilar, Trumpet, Influ2, B2Brain, HippoVideo, and GetAccept.
- Salesloft has existing Rhythm integrations with G2, DocuSign, Seismic, Vidyard and Highspot.
- With 40% of executives reporting that sellers need to log into 4-5+ applications to perform their job, these integrations improve seller efficiency by reducing manual administrative tasks and eliminating context-switch between multiple apps.
Trend analytics from sales conversations provide deeper insight into underlying problems
- Salesloft Conversations records and transcribes virtual meetings and surfaces insights that are directly actionable in the sales workflow.
- New capabilities track keywords across conversations and visualize patterns over time so sales teams can identify hidden problems or areas of opportunity; for example, changes in competitor mentions that indicate a rising challenger or product complaints that point to unmet customer needs.
First sales engagement app for Android devices
- Salesloft Mobile is now available for Android users on the Google Play Store.
- Now all Salesloft customers – whether they are on iOS, Android, or both – can take advantage of the power of Salesloft from anywhere.
- Salesloft Mobile functionality gives sellers the flexibility to work from wherever they are and allows them to run their Cadences and day-to-day operations.
- Like the Salesloft platform, the Salesloft mobile app is localized across multiple languages including English, French, German, and Spanish.
- The app is also available in dark mode to enhance accessibility.
