We're thrilled to announce an enhancement to our TikTok coverage for all Sprout Listening customers! You can now go beyond mentions to gain a more comprehensive view of your brand's presence, audience conversations, and emerging trends on TikTok.

What's New?

We now automatically subscribe to the top brand hashtags that TikTok provides for each authenticated TikTok business profile connected to Sprout. This means you'll effortlessly capture more conversation and stay ahead of your TikTok strategy with enhanced coverage of the top hashtags associated with your brand.

With this feature, you can:

• Track campaigns and trends
• Monitor negative hashtag volume
• See how hashtags spread
• Get early warning signals for brand risk

Tag Users and Products on Instagram Reels!

This update is designed to help you drive product sales and boost engagement by leveraging both user and product tags.

How it works:

Tagging Reels is now just as easy as tagging an image post:

• 1. In Compose, upload your video for an Instagram Reel.
• 1. On the thumbnail, click Tag People and Products .
• 1. In the open modal, use the People and Product Tagging tabs to add your tags (up to 20 user tags and 20 product tags).

Note: Tags will appear in the lower left-hand corner of your Reel. If you apply both user and product tags, only product tags will display in the post preview within Sprout. Learn more here and here .

Get the Complete Picture with Facebook and Instagram Connected Profiles in Listening!

Great news! We've expanded the power of Sprout Listening by adding Facebook and Instagram profiles as Connected Sources. Setting up data masking with custom data types just got a whole lot easier, even if you don't have a technical background. We're excited to introduce AI Assist for Regex Generation, which removes the manual complexity of writing regular expressions (regex).

Now, you can simply describe the sensitive data pattern you want to mask in plain language and provide a few examples. Our new AI Assist will automatically generate a validated regex pattern for you, drastically reducing the setup time and making it simpler for everyone to implement robust data masking policies. Enhanced Analyze by AI Assist

We're excited to introduce an improved, effortless way for you to quickly grasp what's driving the conversation within any Listening Topic!

The enhanced Analyze by AI Assist widget in the Conversation tab now delivers AI-powered Topic-level summaries. In seconds, you'll see the top three conversation patterns, each with a concise summary.

How it works: Analyze by AI Assist evaluates up to 1,000 of the highest-engagement messages within your Topic's parameters (date range, filters, etc.). Need to dig deeper? Click on any summary to expand it in the Message Explorer and see up to 30 representative messages that informed the insight.

Automated Rules Export

Now, you can export a complete snapshot of all your Automated Rules into a human-readable CSV file directly from the Automated Rules settings page.
