Upload PDFs to LinkedIn posts
Planable now supports publishing PDFs as native LinkedIn document posts, with page-by-page previews, editable titles, and optional captions. Available on the web for personal profiles and company pages, uploads can be up to 100 MB and 300 pages.
You can now upload a PDF straight into a LinkedIn post and publish it as a native LinkedIn document post. Decks, reports, and Canva or Figma exports go out as the original file, up to 300 pages.
- Upload PDF document button in the LinkedIn composer, or drag a PDF onto the post
- Page-by-page preview with a page counter, so you and your reviewers can click through the whole document before it goes out
- Editable document title of up to 128 characters, prefilled with the file name
- First-page thumbnail with a PDF badge in calendar, list, and grid views
- Download PDF button on the preview to save the original file
- Optional caption: a PDF post can go out with no text
Works for LinkedIn personal profiles and company pages. Publishing to a company page requires the Super admin or Content admin role on LinkedIn.
Each PDF can be up to 100 MB and 300 pages, and can’t be password protected. A PDF post can’t include other media, and sync turns off for posts with a PDF.
Web app only for now: PDF posts aren’t supported in the mobile app, public API, or Planable MCP yet.

Widget-Level Date Filtering in My Reports + New Date Range Presets
Sprout Social adds custom date ranges for individual My Reports widgets, with comparison periods and visible indicators in shared links and PDF exports. Reporting date pickers also gain six presets and a Recents section for the last five custom ranges.
Widget-Level Date Filtering in My Reports + New Date Range Presets
Premium Analytics users can now set a custom date range on individual widgets in My Reports! Customize and set any widget to its own date range with optional comparison period, and every other widget in your report will keep following the report-level date range.
This makes it easy to mix time frames or keep a widget focused on a specific campaign or set time range (ie last week) all in one report. To get started, open a widget's configuration menu and select Edit Date Range.
Widgets with a custom date range show an override indicator, so you and anyone viewing your report can see why that widget's numbers cover a different period. These indicators also appear on Shared Links and PDF exports.
We've also improved the date picker across all Sprout reporting. The date picker for reports now has six new presets (last quarter, last year, week to date, month to date, quarter to date and year to date), and a new Recents section saves your last five custom date ranges.

[Fixed] Issue with deleting items from Content Categories page
SocialBee fixes an issue that prevented users from deleting posts from the Content Categories page, restoring normal functionality.
Fix
We are happy to announce that the issues with deleting items from Content Categories page are now resolved. Normal functionality has been restored. Thank you for your patience!
We’re currently seeing issues with posts which can’t be deleted from the Content Categories page. Our team is working on a fix.
Workaround in the meantime
If a post is approved and scheduled, or saved as a draft for a specific time, you can delete it from the scheduler views instead.
If you need to stop a post from going out right now, set its status to Not approved. This prevents it from being published while we work on the fix.
We’ll update this entry as soon as the issue is resolved. Thanks for your patience, and sorry for the inconvenience.

Scheduling Updates & Improvements
SocialBee simplifies scheduling by replacing Category Sequence and Random categories with active categories and retiring Next Posts in favor of Calendar and List views. Biweekly, monthly, and yearly scheduling is planned for later this quarter.
