Privileged Access for Web Apps
Twingate adds HTTP web app support to Identity Firewall, helping protect internal web apps, data portals, CI/CD infrastructure, and AI-coded business apps with MFA, JIT access, policy controls, and access logging while streamlining sign-in with JWTs and custom headers.
Twingate Identity Firewall now supports HTTP web apps, allowing you to protect internal web apps, data portals, CI/CD infrastructure, and internally created AI-coded business apps with Twingate. Twingate authenticates users (enabling enhanced security through MFA, JIT access, security policies, and access logging) while improving user experience by removing the need to authenticate again once users reach your web apps.
To support a wide variety of web apps, ranging from legacy apps to new AI-coded apps, Twingate sends a JWT identifying the user, as well as custom headers with user and group attributes.

Helpdesk Admin Role
Twingate adds a Helpdesk role for support staff with read-only Admin Console access and user troubleshooting actions.
Admins can now assign a Helpdesk role to support staff who need to troubleshoot user and device issues but don't need full administrative access.
Users with the Helpdesk role get read-only access to certain Admin Console areas and the ability to perform support actions such as resetting MFA, verifying and unverifying devices, and managing trusted serial numbers.
This lets support teams unblock users without giving those teams broader administrative access.

Admin Console Adjustable Column Widths
Twingate adds resizable Admin Console table columns with saved per-admin widths and easy reset.
Admins can now resize table column widths in the Admin Console to fit their workflow. Hover over a column's edge, then click and drag to set the width you want. Reset to the default column width sizing anytime. Your sizing is saved to your view and won't affect what other admins see.

Resource Exclusions
Twingate adds Resource bypass routing, letting admins send specific addresses directly through the local OS instead of Connectors and Relay infrastructure. It creates clean exceptions within broader Resource scopes and logs every routing-mode change for clear auditability.
Resources can now be configured to bypass Twingate entirely. Admins can mark specific addresses within a broader Resource's scope, like a public sub-domain under a wildcarded corporate domain, to route directly to their destination via the local OS, skipping Twingate Connectors and Relay infrastructure. This gives you a clean way to carve out exceptions without restructuring your Resource topology or maintaining fragile, overlapping rules. Every change to a Resource's routing mode is captured in the audit log, so bypassing an address stays an explicit, traceable decision rather than a blind spot.

Dedicated IP Block for Twingate Infrastructure
Twingate updates its networking infrastructure and asks customers to allowlist a new Twingate-owned IP block starting July 10, 2026.
Starting July 10, 2026, we're making changes to our underlying networking infrastructure.
If you're currently restricting outbound connections to Twingate infrastructure, you'll need to add the Twingate-owned IP block 167.254.176.0/21 to your allowlist alongside existing GCP IP ranges.

If you'd like to use a static IP range, reach out to your Twingate representative about our Enterprise plan.

Billing Admin Role
Twingate adds a Billing admin role for managing plan and payment details without full Admin Console access.
Admins can now assign a Billing admin role to users who need to manage plan and payment details but shouldn't have access to the rest of the Admin Console.
Billing admins log in directly to the Billing page and can complete all billing actions - including making plan changes and payment updates - without the risk of viewing or modifying other settings or data.

Twingate adds SSH Resources for servers and VMs, letting users connect with existing tools and identity provider login. Admins can skip SSH key management, while the Gateway handles certificate-based auth and records sessions for audit and SIEM use.
You can now register servers and VMs as SSH Resources in Twingate. Users can connect to these Resources using their existing tools and authenticate with their identity provider. Admins no longer have to manage SSH keys or distribute them to users. The Twingate Gateway handles certificate-based authentication to the target server and records every session to stdout in asciicast format, ready to forward to your SIEM or to replay for audit purposes. With Privileged Access via the Twingate Identity Firewall, you can eliminate credential sprawl and the need for bastion hosts, all without changing your developers' workflows.
