    TeamViewer DEX 26.7 release notes

1E releases Platform, Solutions and Client updates with Tia Reporting Liveboards, single-device approval bypass for operational safeguards, device detail user info improvements, and a series of DEX Platform and Client fixes that improve reporting, stability, security, and usability.

    Tia Reporting Liveboards

This release includes enhancements and fixes for the Platform, Solutions, and Client.

Tia Reporting Liveboards allow users to organize multiple reports into interactive dashboards for ongoing analysis and visibility. Liveboards make it easy to bring related reports together in a single view, helping users monitor trends, investigate issues, and revisit important insights over time.

    Creating and using Liveboards

Liveboards are created directly from within a report to provide a more intuitive and guided reporting experience.

After generating a report with Tia Reporting, you can add that report to a new or existing Liveboard, allowing related reports and visualizations to be organized into a centralized dashboard. This workflow helps you move seamlessly from asking questions and generating insights to building reusable reporting views.

Once created, Liveboards provide an interactive dashboard experience where you can view and explore multiple reports in one place, making it easier to track digital experience trends and investigate areas of interest over time.

Liveboards support reports built on any available reporting data model. At this time, the Experience data model remains the only model available for reporting. Additional data models will be introduced in upcoming releases, expanding reporting and dashboarding capabilities across the platform over time.

New Liveboards must be created from within a Report. To create a Liveboard, first generate a report using Tia Reporting, then add the report to a new or existing Liveboard.

Operational safeguards: Instruction approval bypass for single devices

Operational safeguards provide organizations with an approval mechanism to mitigate unexpected behaviour during instruction execution. However, we have heard from multiple customers that in cases of single device investigation, the approval process can delay ticket resolution and cause frustration for service desk teams.

To address this, we have introduced an option (within security settings) to bypass instruction approvals when only a single device is targeted. As detailed in the settings text, adding scope via a device filter will still go through the standard approval process.

When an approval has been bypassed, it will be recorded in the audit logs as shown in the example below.

Primary user and last logged in user information

Within the activity sub-section of the specific device detail page, information on the Last Logged in User has been added. What was previously referred to as User has also been updated to Primary User on this device details page. These updates are available on the new UI only.

    Other improvements and fixes

    • Enhancement - DEX Platform - PLAT-28198: Device Insights now uses normalized data. The individual device insights page has been updated to use normalized insights data, providing more accurate and consistent device-level analytics.

    • Fix - DEX Platform - PLAT-30041: We fixed an issue where, when selecting a device under Inventory Insights, the Connectivity section did not correctly display the Connection state and MAC address. This information now matches the data shown in Device Pillars.

    • Fix - DEX Platform - PLAT-30438: We fixed an issue with missing scrollbars on the License Information advanced view. Horizontal and vertical scrollbars now appear correctly on the License Information advanced view page, ensuring all product features and details are fully visible.

    • Enhancement - DEX Platform - PLAT-29393: Table-level actions such as Refresh and Export now use standardised icon buttons instead of text buttons across all pages using the new UI stack. Icons are logically grouped, with tooltips on hover for accessibility, and the layout is optimized for both desktop and mobile viewports.

    • Enhancement - DEX Platform - PLAT-30189: The User Engagements page now supports searching and filtering by additional columns including survey type, description, notes, link, created by, priority, status, and deadline. Results are also now sorted newest first by default, improving discoverability of surveys.

    • Fix - DEX Platform - PLAT-30029: We fixed an issue where the Exoprise iframe failed to load when the configured URL contained an SSO path. The iframe URL is now correctly derived by extracting the origin from the Exoprise URL and appending the expected iframe path, ensuring the integration loads reliably regardless of the URL format stored in the license configuration.

    • Fix - Client - PLAT-29191: We fixed an issue that could allow local privilege escalation via filesystem redirection attacks. The Client and its associated binaries (Performance Metrics, WuaSearch, Reclaimer, TIMS) now enforce PROCESS_MITIGATION_REDIRECTION_TRUST_POLICY, preventing non-admin users from exploiting junction points, symlinks, or mount points to redirect file operations to unintended system locations.

    • Fix - Client - PLAT-29583, PLAT-29183: We fixed issues with the macOS uninstall script. The uninstall.sh script now correctly reads the configuration file for any custom log path and removes the associated log files during a full uninstall. Additionally, when uninstalling via the DMG package, the uninstall script located in /Library/Application Support/1E/Client is now correctly deleted.

    • Fix - Client - PLAT-30921: We fixed an issue where the 1E Client could crash when receiving an invalid HTTP header from a server. The client now handles malformed HTTP headers gracefully instead of crashing, improving overall stability and resilience.

    TeamViewer DEX 26.6 release notes

1E adds localized User Engagements, new management group access controls for Experience and Tia Reporting, and a Consumer SDK API endpoint for latest policy responses. The release also brings Business Impact and device experience improvements plus fixes across the platform.

This release includes enhancements and fixes for the Platform and Solutions.

    Localized User Engagements

    What are User Engagements?

Localized User Engagements allow administrators to create surveys and announcements once and deliver them in multiple languages. Users automatically receive the engagement in the language that best matches their device locale, with predictable fallback behavior when a specific translation is unavailable.

There are three types of User Engagement:

    • Sentiment Surveys: Collect responses that contribute to the overall Sentiment score. Results can be viewed as charts on the Sentiment page.
    • Info Surveys: Provide greater customization than Sentiment Surveys but do not contribute to the overall Sentiment score.
    • Announcements: Are one-way communications used to broadcast information to end users, such as organizational changes, IT news, updates, and other important messages.

    Supported languages

    • Chinese
    • English
    • French
    • German
    • Japanese
    • Korean
    • Portuguese
    • Russian
    • Spanish

    What’s new?

    • A new User Engagements page is available in the new UI.
    • User engagement language is selected automatically based on the device locale.
    • If the device locale does not match a supported engagement language, the engagement falls back to the configured default language.
    • Announcements now support a default language and additional language translations. Previously, announcements did not include language settings.
    • Organizations can use a single survey across multiple regions by providing translated versions of the same content. In the classic UI, separate surveys were required for each language.
    • Surveys and announcements can continue to be created using the existing functionality in the Experience Analytics module of the classic UI.
    • Administrators can create, update, and delete translated versions of engagement content in the new UI.
    • Engagements can be edited until they are deployed.
    • For survey administrators, responses to predefined answer options are displayed in the survey's default language.
    • User engagements created by administrators are displayed in both Experience Analytics and the new UI.
    • Existing surveys are automatically assigned English as the default language.

Experience module management group access controls

The Experience module now supports management group–based access control, enabling administrators to restrict visibility based on assigned management groups.

Users can view only the data, dashboards, and management groups they have permission to access. Filtering is applied automatically across Experience dashboards and views according to the user's assigned management groups. This enhancement provides more granular visibility control and strengthens role-based access management within Experience.

Tia Reporting management group access controls

Tia Reporting now supports management group–based access control, allowing reporting visibility to be restricted based on assigned management groups.

Users can view and report only on data associated with the management groups they have permission to access. Natural language reports, filters, and dashboards automatically respect management group restrictions. This enhancement provides more granular reporting governance and helps ensure users access only the data relevant to their role and operational responsibilities.

    Consumer API enhancement

A new Consumer SDK API endpoint, /Consumer/Responses/Latest/{ruleId}, is now available to retrieve the latest response to a policy for a specified rule. Results support filtering, sorting, and batch retrieval.

    What's Coming?

    9.2 release notes

1E releases the on-premises 9.2 update with a major accessibility overhaul for Section 508 compliance, including improved screen reader support, keyboard navigation, contrast, zoom and accessible charts, plus faster analytics and multiple reliability and security fixes.

    Accessibility - Section 508 compliance

The on-premises 9.2 release is focused primarily on accessibility, delivering significant UI improvements to issue a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) attesting to Section 508 compliance.

These enhancements ensure that users with visual impairments or other disabilities can interact with the product as effectively as any other user. This release introduces support for a range of assistive technologies and best practices, including:

    • Screen readers (text-to-speech): UI elements are properly labeled so content can be accurately interpreted and read aloud.
    • Color contrast: Updated color usage meets contrast ratio standards for improved legibility.
    • Clear, consistent labeling: Form fields, buttons, and controls use unambiguous labels throughout the interface.
    • Optimized text spacing: Improved spacing and layout aids readability for users with cognitive or visual impairments.
    • Keyboard navigation: Full keyboard accessibility allows users to navigate and operate the product without a mouse.

Together, these changes provide a more inclusive experience, allowing all users to interact confidently and independently with the product. For more information, refer to Section 508 compliance.

To access the VPAT compliant version of the UI, users can use the following URL:

    https://tachyon.sdl.local/Tachyon/AccessibleApp

To access the previous version, the URL remains unchanged. Both UIs are supported.

    Type of accessibility | Summary

Color contrast | Enhanced contrast across UI elements ensures text and visual components are clearly distinguishable from their backgrounds, improving readability and meeting accessibility standards for users with visual impairments.

Keyboard accessibility | All UI elements can now be fully navigated using a keyboard alone, with no mouse required. Navigation follows a logical, predictable sequence across components, reducing cognitive load and ensuring a consistent, confusion-free experience for keyboard-dependent users and those using assistive technologies.

Screen reader accessibility | The UI has been enhanced for full compatibility with leading screen readers, including JAWS and NVDA. All interactive elements and images include consistent, descriptive labels and alternative text across every screen, enabling accurate auditory output for visually impaired users. Charts displaying dynamic data now additionally expose their underlying data as a readable table, ensuring no information is lost for screen reader users. These improvements allow visually impaired users to interact with the application effectively and independently, without reliance on sighted assistance.

Zoom levels | The UI adapts across a range of zoom levels, ensuring all content remains fully visible and functional without loss of information or usability. This reduces cognitive strain and allows users with visual impairments to read and navigate the application with confidence.

Charts | Every chart used to visualize or summarize data now includes an alternative tabular view, ensuring the underlying data is fully accessible. The tabular view is navigable via keyboard and compatible with screen readers, providing an equivalent experience for users who cannot interact with graphical representations.

    TeamViewer DEX 26.5 release notes

1E adds localized Client RTCC UI, Normalized Insights for cleaner DEX issue tracking, and GA Tia Scripting. The release also brings user view management, export notifications, a DEX Hub rebrand, LTSB updates, and several platform, data access, Tia, and client fixes.

This release includes enhancements and fixes for the Platform, Solutions, and Client.

    Localized Client RTCC UI

The Client Real-Time Control Center user interface (RTCC UI) is now localized into 9 supported languages out of the box with no manual file deployment required. The language displayed is determined by the device locale.

    Supported languages

Code Language zh Chinese en English fr French de German ja Japanese ko Korean pt Portuguese ru Russian es Spanish

    What's new

    • Built-in translations for the Client RTCC UI: The client installer now ships with language-specific .xml configuration files for both macOS and Windows, covering all 9 supported languages. Previously, the Client UI was English-only unless customers manually provided translation files.
    • Locale-driven language selection: The client automatically detects the device locale and renders the UI in the matching language. No additional configuration is needed.
    • Automatic fallback to English: If the device locale does not match any of the 9 supported languages, the UI falls back to English.
    • Localization config flag: A new configuration flag controls whether the new localization behavior is active. By default, this flag is set to false, preserving existing custom translation files and current locale handling. When set to true, the client switches to the new locale-driven translation files and fallback logic, giving administrators the flexibility to enable the new localization experience on their own schedule without impacting existing deployments.

    Custom files and backward compatibility

Customer-provided translation files are still honored. If you have already deployed your own .xml translation files for the Client UI, the client continues to prefer those over the new installer defaults. Existing customizations are not overwritten. If no custom files are present, the installer-provided defaults are used automatically.
The localization config flag defaults to false, so existing deployments are unaffected until an administrator explicitly opts in.

    Normalized Insights

Normalized Insights is a new capability within DEX Intelligence that simplifies how recurring issues are surfaced and managed.

Normalized Insights consolidates repeated occurrences of the same issue into a single aggregated insight, giving IT teams a clearer, more actionable view of digital experience problems. Instead of multiple duplicate alerts, the Insights dashboard displays one unified entry per unique issue, covering occurrences within a rolling 14-day window.

The result is a cleaner insights feed, reduced noise, and improved ability to identify and resolve recurring issues at scale.

    What's new

    • Aggregated insights for recurring issues: Repeated issues are automatically grouped into a single consolidated insight, with each insight representing a unique problem across all affected devices and users. This eliminates duplicate entries across the Insights dashboard.
    • Holistic issue timeline: Each Normalized Insight includes a chronological view of all occurrences, providing visibility into when the issue started and its frequency and recurrence patterns. This helps teams better understand issue progression and root causes.
    • Visibility into historical automation runs: Users can now view past run instructions as part of the investigation associated with an insight. This provides transparency into what remediation actions were triggered and when they were executed, helping teams understand prior resolution attempts, avoid duplicate or ineffective actions, and accelerate root cause analysis.
    • Commenting on insights: Users can now add comments directly to a Normalized Insight, enabling teams to collaborate during investigation, share context and findings, and document decisions or actions taken. This improves cross-team visibility and knowledge sharing throughout the insight lifecycle.

Removal of Insight Status Management: The ability to manually set or update insight status (open, in-progress, archived) has been removed from Normalized Insights. Users will no longer be able to modify insight status directly.

    Tia Scripting

Tia Scripting is now generally available (GA) and production-ready.

Tia Scripting enables users to generate SCALE code by describing their requirements in plain language. Tia translates the input into SCALE code that meets those requirements.

Exchange rebranded to TeamViewer DEX Hub

The Exchange has been rebranded to TeamViewer DEX Hub. All existing references to 1E Exchange have been updated to align with TeamViewer branding. This is a branding update only and does not impact existing functionality.

    User views

The DEX platform now includes a user preferences management system that persists and applies view settings consistently across all tables and screens in the platform UI.

Users can create, switch, update, and delete views, and save a specific view as the default to be applied each time a data table is loaded.

    Notification badge for exports

When running an export on a data table within the platform’s new UI, you are now notified with a badge that the export is ready to be opened.

    Long-Term Service Branch (LTSB) update

The next Long-Term Service Branch (LTSB) version of the 1E Windows Client is released with the May 2026 (26.5) release.

Each LTSB version is supported for 18 months, during which critical security and stability fixes are provided. No new feature updates are included in an LTSB version. All new features introduced during the year are bundled into the next annual LTSB release.

Customers who prefer continuous feature enhancements can remain on the regular bi-monthly release cadence. Refer to Long-Term Service Branch (LTSB).

    Other improvements and fixes

Type Product/Client Issue ID Summary Enhancement Platform PLAT-27961 The IdP certificate expiry and Data Access token expiry notification emails now include a tenant identifier in the email body to assist administrators in multi-tenant environments. Enhancement Data Access PLAT-27636 Data Access now supports non-normalized software by device inventory data. Fix Platform PLAT-27375 We fixed an issue where exported CSV files contained all rows regardless of the applied filter. Exported CSV files now contain only the filtered rows that match the applied filter, regardless of whether the filtered column is visible or hidden. Fix Tia PLAT-27185 We fixed an issue where parameters were not visible in the Tia formula body when using dark mode. Parameters in the Tia formula body are now visible when using dark mode. Fix Client PLAT-26023 We fixed an issue where Diagnostics data in DEX was displaying incorrectly when a device lid was closed. This has been resolved, and data is now displayed. Original source

    Exoprise 2024 release notes

1E releases new Service Watch and CloudReady updates, led by Service Watch Active Test for lightweight synthetic monitoring from user endpoints. The half-year update also improves alarm analytics, scorecards, Teams V2 testing, configuration, grid views, and network path analysis, with bug fixes across the platform.

Exoprise released the following new features and updates in the first half of 2024.

    Service Watch Active Test

Exoprise launched Service Watch Active Test, a combination of lightweight synthetics alongside the real user monitoring delivered by Service Watch Desktop. Combining synthetic tests from user endpoints enables IT teams to diagnose difficult network problems.

Active Test was a frequently requested feature enabling early detection of network problems that users experience when working remotely, on the road, or in a branch office. Use cases for lightweight synthetics from the user’s desktop include the following:

    • Testing VPN performance and uptime
    • Proactive testing VoIP and end-to-end network performance
    • Testing access to on-premises hosted resources for branch office and remote users

Along with excellent network baselines generated by Active Test, alarms can be configured to proactively raise tickets or alert networking staff and decrease root-cause analysis for everyone.

Service Watch Active Test can be configured within the product and then enabled in a configuration or for each installation.

    Service Watch alarm analytics

For Service Watch Desktop alarms, the emailer now supports clicking through to an analysis for the condition across Device Groups.

Improved licensing of Service Watch for macOS

Previously, Service Watch Active Test wasn’t included in macOS, but now it is. A single credit gets you six seats of Service Watch Desktop for macOS, which now includes Service Watch Active Test lightweight synthetic monitoring. Service Watch Desktop for macOS is the only solution for real-time network telemetry and path diagnostics for macOS.

    Improved scorecards for Service Watch

Service Watch Desktop scorecards have been upgraded with improved Device Group filtering and selection, enhanced metric selection, and better drilldown to examine the top 20 devices for the affected metric.

Hiding or showing resources for Service Watch Browser

The Service Watch Browser analytics page can now be filtered to only show navigation versus showing both resource queries and navigation performance. When investigating the performance of SaaS apps that may be single page apps like Gmail, Outlook for Web, or Salesforce Lightning apps, you may want to focus on resource performance, navigation performance, or both.

Exoprise synthetic monitoring for Teams V2

Exoprise CloudReady synthetics now fully supports testing and monitoring Teams V2, audio, video, messaging, and more. Proactively monitor Microsoft Teams V2 without waiting for the call quality dashboard or for someone to be affected by bad networking.

Recently, Microsoft migrated most customers to the latest version of the Microsoft Teams client, and doing so has disrupted performance, capacity, and uptime for many customers. Test and monitor your Teams V2 networking migrating.

    Simplified and improved SWD configuration

The Service Watch Desktop creation wizard has been improved and now enables the creation of Service Watch Browser filters at the same time as Desktop configurations.

Updated main grid for Service Watch Desktop

We've updated the Service Watch Desktop grids to support multiple views and multiple columns for more compact display and sorting.

    Updated alarm feed

We’ve improved the pagination, selection, filter, and display for the alarm feed widget. The widget now includes support for Service Watch Desktop alarms as well as alarms from the CloudReady synthetics.

    Network path segment analysis

We've greatly improved the network segment analysis for both Service Watch and CloudReady Synthetics.

    Bug fixes

    • We fixed a bug with Service Watch Desktop and India-based half-hour timezones that affected ISP placement.
    • We fixed an issue with printing the newer dashboards and resolved some timeouts.
    • We fixed an issue with AAD Graph Sensor detecting some error conditions.
    • We fixed a bug where some Service Watch widgets were blank depending on the deployment state when the dashboards were created.
    • We improved the detection of device ownership for Service Watch Desktop.

    DEX Platform

Schedule table with regions and dates from December 1 to December 10, 2025.

    Solutions

Schedule table with regions and dates from December 1 to December 4, 2025.

    Exoprise: Network Monitoring

This release introduces Network Monitoring for streamed and connected applications, enabling IT and network operations teams to gain real-time visibility into network health directly within the platform.

The integration leverages Exoprise network telemetry dashboards, securely embedded within the DEX Platform, to monitor application performance for collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Outlook. Refer to Exoprise - Network Monitoring.

    Key features:

    • Embedded Exoprise dashboards: Access real-time network telemetry (latency, packet loss, jitter, ISP benchmarks).
    • Application-level insights: Filter and view metrics for each streamed or connected app to quickly identify how the network impacts collaboration performance.
    • Trace path visualization: Drill down into network hop paths to identify specific latency or bottleneck points.

The Exoprise Network Monitoring feature is available exclusively to Enterprise Plus customers who opt in for the Exoprise pack. Tenant provisioning for this feature requires coordination with the Account team. Please contact your TeamViewer Account team to enable Exoprise Network Monitoring for your organization.

    Async Export

The new Async Export feature introduces a unified, scalable, and user-friendly way to export large datasets from the Software, Device, and Intelligence sections of the platform. This enhancement standardizes the export experience, improves system performance, and centralizes export management for all users. Refer to Page toolbar search, filters, columns, delete, export.

    Key features:

    • Asynchronous data export: Users can export large datasets from the Software, Device, and Intelligence sections without waiting for the process to complete, allowing them to continue working while exports run in the background.
    • Centralized export management: All export jobs are tracked in a single export history interface where users can monitor progress, download completed files, and manage previous exports.

    TeamViewer AI updates

    Improved LLM model

To deliver even more accurate and actionable insights, we have upgraded our underlying language model from gpt-35-turbo to gpt-5-mini.

This upgrade ensures that your organization benefits from the latest advancements in AI, providing deeper, more relevant insights to drive better decision-making.

    Operational safeguards: Instruction Coverage

To enhance operational safety and prevent unintended instructions from being executed on devices, we have introduced a new configuration setting called Instruction Coverage.

Previously, when creating an instruction, it would automatically apply to all devices accessible to the Administrator (indicated by Approximate Target in the console). This could result in accidental actions across the entire device estate, making the product less suitable for first-line support scenarios.

Now, by enabling Instruction Coverage from the Security Settings, organizations can maintain strict control over instruction targeting.

When enabled, the Platform requires that every instruction has a defined scope or coverage before it can be sent. If no coverage has been configured during the creation or editing process, the option to run instructions will be deactivated.

Any existing Scheduled Tasks will continue to execute as previously configured. There is no requirement to reconfigure them.

For scenarios when an Administrator wishes to send out an instruction to all devices that they have access to, there is now an All Devices option within Parameters > Coverage.

When disabled (default), instructions will maintain the behavior prior to the 25.12 release.

This safeguard helps prevent accidental broadcast actions and supports safer, more precise device management. Refer to Coverage.

    What’s coming?

    General availability for Diagnostics

Diagnostics is now generally available for enterprise and enterprise plus customers, empowering IT teams to understand and resolve endpoint performance issues by combining historical system telemetry with user interaction context. This enables actionable insights for faster, evidence-based resolution. Refer to Diagnostics.

    Key features

Advanced monitoring: Real-time and historical performance analysis for endpoints.

    • Historical telemetry (14-day retention):

      • Collects minute-level device performance data, retained for 14 days.
      • Enables IT to investigate issues that occurred in the past, even if reported late, reducing the need for live troubleshooting.
    • Timeline navigation:

      • Visual indicator of available telemetry across a 14-day window.
      • Select a four-hour deep-dive window for detailed diagnostics.
      • Color-coded timeline for device status and events (online, offline, software/OS events, failures).

Enhanced troubleshooting: Compact time-series graphs and improved handling of overlapping events and activities for better root cause analysis.

    • Comprehensive system metrics:
      • CPU usage and utilization trends.
      • Memory (total, physical, virtual, % used).
      • Disk I/O (read/write, queue lengths, free space).
      • Network activity (throughput, retransmit rates, Wi-Fi quality).
      • Reliability (crashes, hangs, service failures, shutdowns, updates).

It is important to note that 1E Client version 25.3 or above is required and a DEX Pack update is needed from the Exchange Portal. We welcome your input to help shape the future of diagnostics within the DEX Platform. Please get in touch with your professional services or customer success contact for assistance.

Improved security with auto logout and Terms & Conditions

We've added a new Security option to the Settings screen, giving administrators enhanced control over user sessions.

    • Auto logout: Set a session timeout duration to automatically log out inactive users. Users are alerted before the timeout, with the option to extend their session.
    • Terms & Conditions: Ensure compliance by displaying the latest terms every time a user logs in.

These enhancements provide stronger security, clearer visibility, and improved compliance management. Refer to Security.

    Versions and support

    Client

The 1E Client has been updated in this release.

PowerShell 7 (pwsh) support in SCALE

From 1E Client 25.9, SCALE now recognizes a new Language value: "pwsh". This allows instructions and fragments to run using Microsoft’s modern PowerShell 7 interpreter (.NET Core), while maintaining fallback to the legacy "powershell" if PowerShell 7 is not installed on a device.

We recommend migrating SCALE instructions to "pwsh" where possible, as the legacy Windows PowerShell is no longer actively developed by Microsoft.

    • Compatibility: If PowerShell 7 is not installed, SCALE will automatically use legacy PowerShell.
    • Platform support: PowerShell in SCALE remains supported only on Windows (not Mac or Linux).
    • Client requirements: Instructions specifying "pwsh" will not run on 1E Clients earlier than v25.9, older clients must continue to use "powershell".

If a SCALE instruction uses "pwsh", it will trigger a "not implemented" error in 1E Client versions earlier than v25.9. To ensure compatibility with older clients, use "powershell" as the PowerShell Language value instead.

The table below shows the operating systems and the 1E Client build versions.

Operating system and 1E Client build version:

    • Windows: 25.9.0.46
    • macOS: 25.9.0.46
    • Linux (Redhat Enterprise Linux 8, Redhat Enterprise Linux 9, SLES 15, Ubuntu 22): 25.9.0.46

MSVCRT version is 14.44.35208.0 for this 1E Client release.

    • Business Impact dashboard now correctly sorts the date column without redirecting users or causing navigation issues.
    • SCALE NativeServices.RunCommand method for Mac and Linux changed in 1E Client v25.9 to improve security by executing the specified executable directly instead of via /bin/bash sub-process.
    • Fixed issue causing resource usage page to load incorrectly.
    • Fixed issue preventing instructions from running when device tags contained unsupported characters. Now enforces allowed characters for Name and Value in device tags.

Name can include letters (a–z, A–Z), digits, underscore (), and dot (.).
