    Younium

Fivetran adds JWT access token authentication for the Younium connector and expands connection setup options.

The Younium connector now supports JWT access token authentication. To support this enhancement, we have made the following changes:

Added a new drop-down menu, Authentication type, to the connection setup form. The drop-down menu allows you to choose between JWT token and OAuth 2.0 authentication methods.

Added the following new fields to the connection setup form:

    • API environment
    • Client ID
    • Secret key

Added the following new parameters to the Fivetran REST API:

    • auth_type
    • jwt_environment
    • client_id
    • client_secret

For more information, see our setup instructions.

    Apple App Store

Fivetran adds APP_STORE_IN_APP_PURCHASE and early access Individual API Keys for App Store Connect.

We've added a new table, APP_STORE_IN_APP_PURCHASE. The table contains in-app purchase metadata for each app, including the purchase type, state, review note, and sharing options.

We now support Individual API Keys for authenticating with the App Store Connect API. Unlike Team API Keys, an Individual API Key is scoped to a single user and inherits that user's access and permissions. This feature is currently in early access - contact Fivetran support if you'd like to test it.

    Release Notes

Fivetran introduces the AI Connector Agent in beta, a faster and more flexible way to generate production-ready connectors for SaaS data sources with REST APIs. It helps users create, host, and manage connectors on Fivetran infrastructure without writing custom code.

We are introducing the Fivetran AI Connector Agent, a faster and more flexible way to generate connectors for SaaS data sources that make their data available through REST APIs, including sources that Fivetran does not currently support.

The agent uses AI to generate production-ready connectors that are hosted and managed on Fivetran infrastructure, helping reduce lengthy development cycles and eliminating the need to write, deploy, or maintain custom connector code. The agent analyzes API documentation, identifies supported endpoints, and lets you choose what to sync. It also provides a tailored setup experience for authentication and connection settings.

The AI Connector Agent is currently in beta. For more information, see our AI Connector Agent documentation.

    File connectors

Fivetran discontinues archive_pattern and pattern in its REST API and replaces them with new files parameters.

We have discontinued the archive_pattern and pattern parameters in the Fivetran REST API for the following connectors:

    • Amazon S3
    • Azure Blob Storage
    • Box
    • Dropbox
    • Email
    • FTP
    • Google Cloud Storage
    • Google Drive
    • SharePoint
    • SFTP
    • S3-Compatible Storage

We will continue supporting these parameters for both new and existing connections until August 31, 2026. After August 31, 2026, we will stop supporting these parameters for all connections and replace them with the files.archive_pattern and files.pattern parameters respectively.

    Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications

Fivetran improves Oracle extracts by continuing syncs and warning when UCM files are missing.

When an extract completes in Oracle but we can't find the files in UCM after multiple retries, the connector no longer reschedules the sync. Now, we continue the sync and post a warning in your Fivetran dashboard. The warning shows the table name, job ID, schedule ID, and doc ID for the files that we couldn't find in UCM.
