Run

• reduced memory use in the 32-bit version and doubled the memory it can address, so much larger projects can be opened
• system state (cpu, memory, disk, network) is now logged only while a run is active, with full state at run start and end
• dry run with "Insert 1 record at a time" now logs the statements it would execute
• fixed connection failures being reported as a fatal run error
• workers that cannot connect or encounter errors will no longer accept new jobs

• fixed table indexing and distribution options being ignored by warehouse targets
