Restricted repositories
Users can now create repositories within the Process Accelerator that are invite-only, allowing teams to store and organize confidential documentation within the Process Accelerator. Learn more.
Version history
Users can compare the published version of a repository document to any previous version to understand changes over time, spot meaningful differences, and assess impact. They can also toggle back to any previous version of a repository document directly in the UI, ensuring fast, intuitive access to historical processes. Learn more.
Archive repositories and folders
Users can now archive repositories and folders, allowing for seamless setup and maintenance of the accelerator. Learn more.

When users are working on a draft of a repository document, they are notified when a newer version of that document has been published. They can choose to adopt the latest version, merge their changes with the latest version, or delete their draft. This helps prevent unnecessary rework for both authors and approvers by ensuring everyone works on the most updated version of repository documents. Learn more.

Drag text around a shape

MCP server enhancements
Within the MCP server, you can now create share links that can be configured to allow anyone, or anyone on your account, to view/edit a document. In addition, users will be able to share documents with collaborators to add a user on your account to a document, using their email address.
