Earlier this year, we shared our vision for monday agents: AI-powered specialists built to take work off your plate and complete it from start to finish. At Elevate 2025, we showed how that vision is becoming reality, with agents now embedded inside organizations of every size.

We believe teams don’t just need tools to organize and track tasks; they need technology that actually executes work on their behalf. Earlier this year, we introduced three core AI capabilities – monday magic, monday vibe, and monday sidekick – designed to bring intelligence directly into everyday workflows. At Elevate 2025, we announced that these tools are now fully available, marking a significant milestone in bringing AI into the daily rhythm of work.

With monday vibe, for example, we’re transforming how software is created. By combining the creativity of the most advanced large language models (LLMs) with the reliability of mondayDB, our flexible data infrastructure, customers can build apps in plain English that are fast to create, natively connected to their data and workflows, and enterprise-ready with robust governance and compliance.

This unique combination unleashes the power of vibe coding for real-world business applications, enabling organizations to innovate without silos, maintain trust at scale, and unlock entirely new opportunities for software development. Claude connector for monday.com

monday.com helps teams plan, run, and track their work in one place. With our new Claude connector, you can now bring AI directly into your monday.com workflows, giving you a faster way to explore data, surface insights, and take action using natural language.

Security and management

The Claude connector is based on monday MCP, uses OAuth authentication, respects existing monday.com permissions, and only accesses data users have permission to see. Account owners and admins approve installation and can manage or remove the app at any time.

Availability and requirements

The connector is available to all monday.com customers. To use it, you need a Claude Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise plan. Adding Claude to your monday.com account takes just a few minutes.

AI Specialization Framework

The AI specialization framework is earned by solution partners who are leading AI consulting and implementation among joint customers globally.

• Requirements:
  • Partners are measured on AI deals and AI account adoption.
• Benefits:
  • Partners who earn the AI specialization obtain a public badge in Monday's Partner Directory, receive dedicated enablement and access to AI product teams, gain lead priority for AI transformation services for ADP partners, and are eligible for extra MDF.

Service Specialization Framework

The Service specialization framework recognizes partners who are Service product experts, with proven quality delivery to joint customers.

• Requirements:
  • Partners earn the Service specialization badge based on selling large Monday service deals, an ARR threshold for the service product, compilation of dedicated sales and a certification around Monday service.
