    • Auto-recovery: The app now monitors the renderer for errors and automatically restarts the engine if a failure occurs, reducing downtime.
    • Link to OS notification settings: Access your operating system’s notification settings directly from the app to turn on alerts.
    • Fax viewer: Fixed issues with viewing faxes. Faxes now open reliably in your computer’s default PDF or TIFF viewer.
    • Enhanced stability: Removed legacy VBS code to simplify the codebase and improve performance.

    Bug fixes

    • Fixed an issue where the app didn’t automatically open Outlook desktop or Outlook on the web when scheduling a meeting.

    • Choose between Total Data and Filtered Data when calculating aggregated metric percentages in Business Analytics.

    • View all licenses assigned to users, update user types individually or in bulk, and manage add-on licenses directly from a user’s details (released early January).
    • The user interface (UI) for adding users to User Groups has been aligned with other Admin Portal flows. The UI now includes large list pagination and a group name search.
    • Contact Center Routing Numbers (CCRNs) associated with specific sites can be published to the Directory Assistance.
    • Presence can now be set up for multiple users in the User Settings template.

    Hardware

    • Certification of the Yealink W59R Pro as a handset for the W7OB multi-user base station.
    • Certified and added support for Assisted Provisioning of the AudioCodes MP524 device using the multi-user device method and 24 FXS ports.
    • Added support for multi-user configuration and merchandising for Cisco ATA 191 and 192 devices.
