    Clarify

Formula fields, Clarify in iMessage and email, and HIPAA-ready workspaces

Clarify ships formula fields that calculate across records, opens Rep in iMessage and email to every workspace, offers BAAs for eligible teams handling PHI, and adds campaign change history. Updates also improve bulk editing, meeting recordings, connected accounts, reporting, and snippets.

This week was about capability and reach. Formula fields shipped: any field can now calculate from other fields, pull values from linked records, and total across them. Rep in iMessage and email is open to every workspace, Clarify can now sign a BAA for teams that handle PHI, and every campaign has a change history.

    🚢 Shipped

    Formula fields

A field can now calculate its value from other fields: math on the record, values from linked records, and counts and totals across linked records.

    Clarify in iMessage and email

Send Clarify an iMessage or Cc it on any email thread; it reads the earlier messages and gets to work. Now available in every workspace.

    Store sensitive data in Clarify

Clarify now offers a BAA for our Growth or Enterprise customers that need to handle PHI.

    Campaign change history

See who created, changed, or switched off any campaign on its Performance page.

    🧹 Polish

    • Bulk edit: select records in any list and change any field from the toolbar.
    • Meeting recordings: hover over a meeting notification to see its brief, watch recordings in theater mode, and hit quick record during a meeting to start recording it.
    • Multiple connected accounts: pick which account to send from everywhere you use Rep, including Slack.
    • Reporting: drill into any chart to see the raw data behind it and the SQL that generated it.
    • Meeting snippets: every snippet now has a title and description, filled in for you when you create one. You can ask Rep about snippets too.

    Clarify

    New in Clarify: October 2026

Clarify brings work closer together with early-access email and iMessage support, HubSpot sync, workspace agents, live meeting transcription, AI-built decks and docs, delegated sending, and support for multiple inboxes.

Before we dive into the product, two quick announcements:

    • We’re hosting our first AI + GTM conference called Horizons on December 9th in Seattle. Request a seat here.
    • Patrick and Ondrej are hosting a demo of Clarify on November 19th. Register here.

October was about Clarify becoming the center of how you work. Clarify now lives in your iMessages and email inbox, builds your decks, and your whole team can send from your account. Agents can run as your workspace, meetings transcribe in real time, and you can now connect multiple inboxes and email addresses to Clarify.

    🚢 Shipped

Clarify in email and iMessage (early access)

Email [email protected] or text Clarify and it answers back: it reads your CRM, updates records, helps you schedule meetings, and replies from inside the conversation.

Early access. Email [email protected] to get in.

Docs: Email [email protected] · iMessage

    HubSpot Bidirectional Sync (early access)

You can now experience the intelligence of Clarify without immediately ripping out HubSpot. Our bidirectional HubSpot sync keeps people (contacts), companies, deals, and custom objects up to date across both tools.

We’re personally onboarding a select group of customers for this feature. If you’re interested, book time with us here.

    Docs: HubSpot bidirectional integration

    Workspace Agents

Agents can now run as the workspace itself, not tied to any one person: approval routing, connected email, Slack, and MCP tools included. [Growth and Custom plans]

    Docs

    Live Meeting Transcription

Transcripts stream as your meeting runs, a live summary tracks where the conversation is, and you can ask Rep questions mid-call (“what did we agree on so far?”) without waiting until after. Integrators get a streaming endpoint and MCP tools. Faster and more accurate than before with upgraded infra and models.

    Docs: Live transcripts

Artifacts: Build decks, docs, and dashboards

Ask Rep for a deck or a doc and it writes, designs, and fills it with live CRM data, start to finish.

    Docs: Artifacts

    Delegated Sending

Pick which teammates can send emails and campaigns from your account, and send campaigns from teammates who gave you permission. [Growth and Custom plans]

    Clarify

Clarify in email and iMessage: early access

Clarify brings CRM context into iMessage and email with early access to customer and pipeline questions, meeting scheduling, and updates by text, voice memo, photo, or attachment—helping teams keep conversations moving without opening the CRM.

Sales happens in conversations. Your CRM usually sits somewhere else. A quick customer question turns into opening the CRM. “Let’s find time” turns into another scheduling chore.

Now Clarify joins the conversation. Text Clarify in iMessage to ask about a customer, company, deal, or your pipeline. CC [email protected] on an email when it’s time to schedule. Clarify brings your customer context into the conversation, so you can get an answer or take the next step without a detour through your CRM.

Both are available today in early access.

CC your CRM for scheduling help

When a customer says “let’s find time,” CC [email protected] on the thread. Clarify helps get the next meeting on the calendar with less back-and-forth between email and your calendar.

From “when works for you?” to “it’s on the calendar.”

Text your CRM to catch up before a call

Walking into a customer call? Text Clarify in iMessage: “What happened on our last call with Acme?” It answers with context from your CRM, and you can keep asking follow-ups without rebuilding context.

Ask about a customer, a company, a deal, or your pipeline. Get the answer without opening Clarify.

Send an update from your phone

Have an update to share while you’re out? Message Clarify with a text, voice memo, photo, or attachment and tell it what to update. The CRM gets the update without you going to the CRM.

    Request early access

Clarify in email and iMessage is available in early access for enabled workspaces. Current users can request access at [email protected]. New to Clarify? Sign up at clarify.ai, then request access at the same address.

Text your CRM. CC it on the email. Keep the conversation moving.

Request access by emailing [email protected]

    Clarify

Rep on iMessage and email, workspace agents, and Stripe sync

Clarify expands how teams work with Rep and agents, adding email and iMessage access, workspace-level agents, Stripe data sync, one-click LinkedIn company imports, and Claude 5.5 across Rep and agents.

This week was about reach. Rep joined iMessage and email: text it or CC it and it answers back. Workspace agents can now run as the workspace itself, Stripe sync is live, and LinkedIn got a rework with shared accounts and one-click company import from Sales Navigator.

    🚢 Shipped

Rep on email and iMessage (early access)

Keep customer context and CRM records up to date without leaving the conversation. Email [email protected] to bring in a scheduling assistant, or text Clarify with any questions or updates while you’re away from your computer. Email [email protected] to get in.

    Workspace agents

Agents can now run as the workspace itself, not tied to a single user, with approval routing and access to connected email, Slack, and MCP tools. Available on Growth and Custom plans.

    Stripe integration

Sync your Stripe data into Clarify as custom objects. Rep recommends the right objects to map when you connect.

    LinkedIn company import

With the Chrome extension, open any LinkedIn or Sales Navigator company page and add it to Clarify in one click. Name, website, and LinkedIn URL are prefilled.

Claude 5.5 for Rep and agents

Rep and your agents now run on Claude 5.5, rolled out to every workspace.

    Clarify

Export artifacts to PDF, delegated sending, and shareable chats

Clarify ships PDF exports for Rep artifacts, delegated email and campaign sending for paid workspaces, shareable agents and chats, prompt suggestions, and tighter meeting-title privacy, alongside fixes for image-heavy campaigns and pasted content.

Artifacts can get exported. Delegated sending is live for paid workspaces: teammates can now send emails and campaigns from your account, recipients only ever see you, and you pick exactly who sends as you. Rep also got smarter: it now suggests your next prompt as you go, and agents and chats are shareable.

    🚢 Shipped

    Export artifacts to PDF

Export any Rep artifact (decks, dashboards, documents) as a PDF. It’s the first step toward artifact publishing.

Delegated sending is generally available: teammates send as you

Clarify ships activity feed filters, workspace-wide skill sharing, and a request-and-approve flow for private meeting and email access. Campaign testing and recipient controls improve, while Rep reliability and Zoom bot cleanup make long sessions and back-to-back calls smoother.

This week was about removing dead ends. Private meeting and email access now has a real handoff: request, approve, open. Rep got more reliable in long sessions, and a round of polish cleared up lingering bots, frozen inboxes, and campaign test limits.

Clarify adds CRM-powered slide decks, shared Rep skills, and a persistent Rep rail, while introducing early access to delegated email sending and live meeting transcripts with in-call catch-up.

Slide decks landed in Rep: QBRs and pitches built from live CRM data. Delegated sending shipped so a teammate can send from your account as you. Skill sharing, a persistent Rep rail, and live meeting transcripts rounded out the week.

    🚢 Shipped

    Clarify

Smarter search, Rep calculations in SQL, and campaign improvements

Clarify ships more precise typo- and accent-tolerant search, faster and more accurate Rep calculations, and improvements to email workflows, campaigns, enrichment, and meeting access.

This week was about precision. Search tolerates typos and missing accents now, Rep computes totals in SQL so the numbers are actually right, and we made a bunch of improvements across meetings, enrichment, and campaigns.

    🚢 Shipped

    Search got way better

Typos, missing accents, skipped spaces: search keeps up and finds the right person. "propadel" finds "Pro Padel League," "cafe muller" finds "Café Müller."

    Rep is better with calculations

Rep now computes totals in SQL, so your numbers are right and calculations are fast. Previously, it would run calculations manually via LLMs.

Send multiple emails to Rep at once

Select a batch of emails on a contact or deal record and ask Rep to summarize, draft a reply, or take action across all of them.

    Campaigns: re-enable after sending

Turn a fully-sent campaign back on to add more recipients.

    Enrichment: preserve hand-typed values

Re-request enrichment and it keeps the values you filled in manually.

    Meetings: late guest access

Guests added late or via a distribution list can now see the meeting in Clarify.

    Campaigns: edit settings while live

Change "Stop on reply" or "Unsubscribe" settings after a campaign is already running.

    Clarify

    New in Clarify: September 2026

Clarify ships record-level permissions, private-by-default controls and admin overrides, plus open-beta AI reporting that turns CRM data into drillable dashboards. Agents now recover from interruptions, warn before costly triggers and support model selection, while Rep and agents can send polished HTML emails.

September was about trust and intelligence. The full permissions model shipped: every record now carries its own access list, lists start private by default, and admins manage everything without hunting for grants. Rep became your analyst: describe a report and it builds a live drillable dashboard from your CRM. Agents got reliable enough to leave running. And LinkedIn is coming.

    🚢 Shipped

Agentic Reporting: Rep builds your reports

Ask Rep for a dashboard or QBR and it lays out live charts and tables from your own CRM data, every number drillable to the records behind it. Open beta for every workspace.

    Record-Level Permissions

Deals, companies, people, and custom objects each carry their own access list: scope reps to their own pipeline for the first time. Admins get a global override, can set any object type to private-by-default, and can reassign record owners.

    Agent Reliability and Model Picker

Agents survive deploys, auto-recover from interruptions, and warn you before an expensive trigger fires: the trust layer that makes leaving an agent running feel safe. You can also choose a smart or fast model to control credit consumption.

HTML Emails for Rep & Agents

Rep and your agents can now send polished HTML emails, not just plain text.

    📣 Coming soon

    LinkedIn in Clarify

A unified inbox with LinkedIn DMs alongside email, LinkedIn steps inside multi-channel campaigns, and agents that work across all of it: LinkedIn as a first-class sales channel without leaving your CRM.

    Meeting Snippets

Clip any moment from a recording, share it as a public link with download and search coming alongside.

    Live Transcription

See your transcript as the call happens: check what was said, jot notes that feed into the summary, and catch anything you missed without asking the other person to repeat themselves.

    💳 Pricing update

We’re adding new plan tiers: $100 (10k credits), $200 (20k), and $400 (40k) per month, so you can commit to more credits at your current rate instead of paying overage. Overage pricing is moving from $0.01 to $0.015 per credit starting your next billing cycle, so upgrading is cheaper than going over at every level.

If you’ve set a dollar spend cap on overage, that cap stays in place, but it will cover fewer credits at the new rate. We recommend reviewing your cap in settings before your next billing cycle.

The new tiers are available to every Starter workspace. The overage rate change only affects you if you have on-demand credits enabled. If you’re not sure, check your billing settings.

    Clarify

    New in Clarify: August 2026

Clarify expands its platform with a public API, a Windows desktop app, automatic meeting prep and guest recaps, and conditional required fields. Agent updates add model controls, cost estimates, and recovery across deployments, helping teams run agents more reliably in production.

August was about opening up and growing up. The Clarify API went live for every workspace. The desktop app landed on Windows. Meetings started prepping themselves and following up with guests automatically. And agents got the cost visibility and reliability to run in production without surprises.

    🚢 Shipped

    Clarify API is now public

Read and write Clarify records through a public REST API, generate keys from your Settings, and explore endpoints at developer.clarify.ai. Your CRM is now a first-class data layer for the rest of your stack, not just a place you look things up.

    Clarify for Windows

The Clarify desktop app is now available on Windows. It has all the bonuses that Mac users enjoy: automatic meeting detection, recording, and local sync, now for the other half of your team. Download it here.

In-calendar meeting prep & guest recaps

Clarify can now AI prep directly into your calendar invites before each call, and email external guests a polished recap after. Both happen automatically for every workspace, no prompting, no copy-paste. Turn on/off in Intelligence settings.

    Conditional required fields

Require a field only when context demands it: a Loss Reason the moment a deal moves to Lost, a Contract Value before it can hit Won. A modal captures the missing data inline before the record saves, cleaner data without adding friction to every interaction. Set these in your Objects settings.

    Smarter, more reliable agents

Clarify now recommends the right model tier for each agent and lets you override it. Choose fast for high-volume, or smart for more complex jobs. A trigger-frequency estimator shows you how often an agent will run and what it'll cost before you commit, and warns you when a trigger looks unusually high-volume. Agents also now checkpoint after every turn and resume through deploys, 243 runs were recovered on the first day alone.

    🏗️ Coming soon

    • 📔 Artifacts & Library: Rep will generate shareable, versioned reports and analyses, not just chat answers, but actual documents you save and revisit.
    • 📬 Email sharing: Share emails from any record with specific teammates. Completes the sharing model across lists, meetings, and now email.
    • 🏃‍♀️ Skill quick actions: Run AI skills directly from a record, list, or bulk selection, no Rep chat required.

That’s it for this month. Keep an eye on the weekly ship notes for more granular updates, the team is shipping improvements every day.

    Clarify

Private lists by default, agent usage guardrails, and mid-reply stops

Clarify ships stronger agent controls and reliability, including stop-on-demand replies, run-volume warnings, and automatic recovery. Lists are private by default, while campaign launch checks flag recipients missing email addresses.

This week was about trust and control. Lists went private by default, agents got more reliable, campaign checks help you catch missing data before launch, and new automation previews help you understand what an agent will do before you turn it on.

    🚢 Shipped

    Stop Rep mid-reply

Hit stop to end any Rep or agent reply while it's still writing. The partial answer is kept.

    Agent usage guardrails

When creating an agent, Clarify estimates how often it will run and flags unusually high-volume triggers before you launch. Set one to fire on every person update, for example, and Rep will warn you it would run constantly and get expensive, then recommend a better setup.

    Cleaner campaign launches

Campaigns now warn you (with a count) when recipients have no email address before you launch.

    Private Lists by default

Saved lists now start private… share with specific teammates as Viewer or Editor, or open to your whole team when you're ready.

    More reliable agents

Agents can now recover automatically if something interrupts a run, making them less likely to fail halfway through important work.
