Dashlane fixes the Admin Console Test button and an extension redirect issue for addresses without an HTTP prefix.

The Test button in the Admin Console was grayed out during SSO setup. We fixed this issue.
The extension redirected customers to a broken page when they selected the Go to website arrow icon for an address that lacked an HTTP prefix. We fixed this issue.
