    Calendar view

Flodesk adds a new calendar view for email marketing, giving users a bird’s-eye view of sent emails, scheduled campaigns, and drafts. It includes month and week views, drag-to-reschedule controls, quick draft creation, duplication from the calendar, and a customizable week start day.

Finally, a bird's-eye view of your entire email marketing schedule—right inside Flodesk. Calendar view shows your sent emails, scheduled campaigns, and saved drafts all in one place, so you can plan ahead, spot gaps, and keep your send cadence on track without a spreadsheet in sight.

    Here's what's new

    • Month and week views —Toggle between the two depending on what you need. Month view is great for planning ahead; week view shows exact send times and gives you more control when rescheduling.
    • Drag to reschedule —Move scheduled emails and drafts to a new date (or date and time in week view) by dragging them on the calendar. No need to open the email and go through the schedule flow.
    • Add emails directly to a date —Hover over any future date and click the + icon to create a new draft pinned to that day.
    • Duplicate from the calendar —Click any email, open the three-dot menu, and select Duplicate to use it as a starting point for a new campaign.
    • Customizable week start day —Prefer Monday over Sunday? Update it under Account Settings > Account overview.

Note: Calendar view shows campaign emails only. Workflow emails, forms, and checkouts aren't included.

    Archive subscribers

Flodesk adds subscriber archive, a reversible way to remove contacts from active sending without deleting data or history. Archived subscribers stay out of marketing and workflow emails, don’t count toward limits, can be bulk archived or restored, and reactivate automatically through Flodesk forms.

A cleaner list shouldn't mean permanent decisions. Subscriber archive gives you a reversible way to remove contacts from your active sending list without deleting their data or losing your history with them.

Archived subscribers won't receive marketing or workflow emails, but their records stay intact and they don't count toward your plan's subscriber limit. If they fill out one of your Flodesk opt-in forms down the road, they'll automatically be reactivated. And if you change your mind, you can restore them to active at any time.

    Here's what's new

    • A new “archived” status for subscribers you've removed from active sending—either manually, by a team member, or automatically by Flodesk to protect your deliverability
    • Bulk archive and unarchive—filter your list, select multiple subscribers, and archive or restore them all at once
    • Archived subscribers can still receive commerce purchase receipts, so you won't disrupt transaction history for past customers
    • Automatic reactivation—if an archived subscriber opts in through one of your Flodesk forms, they'll be moved back to active (or unconfirmed, if you have double opt-in enabled)

    Email Expiration in Workflows

Flodesk adds expiration dates to workflow emails, letting you stop sending a message after a cutoff time so late-arriving subscribers skip ahead automatically. The workflow editor now shows a clear banner for each email step, with status at a glance.

Time-sensitive workflows just got smarter. You can now set an expiration date and time on individual emails in your workflows—so if a subscriber reaches that step after the cutoff, they'll automatically skip the email and move on to the next step.

    Here's what's new

    • A new don't send email after a date toggle in the workflow email editor lets you set a cutoff date, time, and timezone for any email step
    • Once enabled, a banner appears directly on the email step in your workflow so you can see the expiration at a glance — yellow if the date has passed, gray if it hasn't
    • Subscribers who reach the step before the cutoff receive the email as usual; those who arrive after simply skip it and continue through the workflow without interruption

Google Analytics for forms and checkouts

Flodesk now supports Google Analytics for forms and checkouts, helping users track audience discovery, conversions, and ad spend with automatic event tracking and an optional cookie banner for privacy compliance.

Now you can connect Google Analytics to your Flodesk forms and checkouts — so you can see exactly how your audience is finding you, what's converting, and where to focus your ad spend.

    Here's what's new

    • Add your Google Analytics measurement ID directly to any full page or link in bio form, or to any checkout page.
    • Track key events automatically: page views, form submissions, sales page visits, checkout views, purchases, and waitlist joins.
    • Optionally enable a cookie banner to give visitors the chance to opt out of tracking — recommended if you need to comply with data privacy regulations.

Shortlink warning in the email builder

Flodesk adds email builder warnings for shortlinks to help protect deliverability and inbox placement.

Your emails work best when they actually reach the inbox. Through research on our member sending patterns, we've seen a clear correlation between shortlinks like bit.ly and youtu.be and spam folder placement, so we've added a warning in the email builder to help you catch them before you hit send.

    Here's what's new

    • When a shortlink is added, a warning will appear below the link input.
    • You can swap out the shortlink for the full destination URL to protect your deliverability.

Multiple Branches and Rejoin in Workflows

Flodesk adds smarter workflow branching with multiple paths based on subscriber data, segments, or percentage splits, plus automatic rejoin to keep journeys clean and prevent duplicate emails.

Your workflows just got a whole lot smarter. With multiple branches, you can now tailor the journey for each subscriber based on who they are — not just when they signed up. And when the paths converge, they automatically rejoin so your workflow stays clean and your subscribers never receive duplicate emails.

    Here's what's new

    • Branch by data field — Route subscribers down different paths based on custom field values like location, preferences, or any field you've set up in your subscriber settings
    • Branch by segment — Send subscribers down different paths based on which segments they belong to; if a subscriber is in multiple segments, the leftmost path takes precedence
    • Branch by percentage — Evenly split subscribers across paths to test which offer, email, or experience performs best
    • Automatic rejoin — Branches automatically reconnect at the bottom of your workflow; add an exit step to any path if you'd like that branch to end separately
    • Yes/no branch rejoin — Yes and no paths now also rejoin automatically, eliminating duplicate steps and keeping your workflow optimized
