Desktop update brings stability and smoother task workflows. Fixes include an offline install invalid public key error, multi‑task creation, correct reordering under goals, drag previews, fixed natural language date parsing, and focus staying in the input when adding the first task.
Desktop
Fixed an “Invalid public key” error that could occur when installing the app while losing internet connection. Download the latest version to resolve the invalid public key error.
Today: You can now create multiple tasks in one go, without needing to click “New Task” each time.
Life Area View: When grouping life area tasks by goal, reordering tasks inside a goal now correctly applies the new order.
Goal View: When dragging a task inside a goal or life area, a preview of the task is now shown below your cursor.
Natural Language Input: Entering “next month” was incorrectly recognized as “next mon,” setting the date to next Monday instead of the same day next month. This has been fixed.
Goal Detail: When a goal had no tasks and you created the first one, the input field lost focus. Focus now remains in the input field, allowing you to create multiple tasks quickly.

Korean keyboard support fixes input issues and enhances smart text. Dates show the year when needed and completed tasks keep their original due dates. Goals and habits get clearer labels, better filtering, and streamlined subgoal grouping, plus a new Discord join option from profile.
Fixes and Improvements

- Support for Korean keyboard.
- Dates are clearer: if a due date or habit is in a different year, we now show the year as well.
- You can choose to show completed tasks in goal and life area details.
- Archived goals no longer clutter your task lists.
- Completed goals are now clearly labeled when tasks are grouped by goal. They stay hidden by default, but appear if there’s still an unfinished task inside.
- Active filters are easier to spot thanks to a more visible filter badge.
- Completed tasks now show their original due date instead of “236d ago”.
- You can now join our new Discord community directly from the profile settings.
- Goal hierarchies are easier to scan thanks to improved indentation in the goal list.
Fixes
- Fixed an issue where pressing Enter with a Korean keyboard created a task twice.
- Korean characters are now correctly recognized when creating goals with smart text input.
- When grouping a life area’s task list by goal, tasks from subgoals now show up correctly.
- Fixed an issue where archived habits from other life areas could appear when a life area had no goals.

New Move to popup lets you move goals and life areas; breadcrumbs and motivational context boost navigation. Quick Entry stays open when clicking outside to paste text; overdue tasks sort older first. Various fixes improve Habits, subgoals, and iOS layout.
Fixes and Improvements
Improvements
- New “Move to” popup to move goals into other goals or directly into another life area.
- Breadcrumbs in the goal detail view for faster navigation, and a small motivational boost by showing which goal and life area your current work contributes to.
- The Quick Entry window now stays open when clicking outside, so you can copy text or URLs from other apps and paste them into the description field. Download the latest version of our desktop app to use this behavior.
- Overdue tasks are now always sorted from old to new. The applied sorting won't affect the overdue sorting anymore.
Fixes
- Habits could appear before their start date if the start date was within the current week.
- Changing a habit’s duration would reset the start date to today. This no longer happens.
- When you removed the last habit occurrence in a specific week or month, a skip is no longer added on the last day.
- “Turn into main goal” wasn’t available for all subgoals. With the new "Move to" menu, any goal can now be turned into a main goal or a subgoal.
- A habit could disappear from a goal after being completed for the week.
- iOS: Content could appear behind the tabs in a Life Area.

New Life Areas overview with a unified subgoal roadmap and a goal summary card gives you at-a-glance progress. Small UX tweaks like reordering grouped tasks and cleaner grouping improve clarity. Desktop and iOS fixes sharpen Today view, search, schedules, and habit timing.
Life Area Summary, Subgoal Roadmap, and Small Fixes
We’ve added clearer overviews to help you see progress at a glance. Life Areas now show a summary of your goals and tasks right away, and goals get a new roadmap that brings all subgoals together in one place, including completed and archived ones. We also shipped a few small improvements and fixes following the recent filter and grouping update.
Features
- Life area summary tab: See your goals and tasks on the first page
- Subgoal roadmap: See all your subgoals a brand new roadmap page
- Goal summary roadmap card: See all your subgoals on the goal summary page
Improvements
- You can now reorder goal groups in the task list when grouped by goal.
- When a grouping is applied, we no longer show the group property under each task. For example, when grouped by goal, the goal name isn’t repeated under every task.

- The goal roadmap deadline label is now shown in the correct month instead of at the bottom of the roadmap view.
- Progress is now shown in habit checkboxes on the Today screen.

- Right-clicking a habit now shows the Complete, Skip, Fail, and Log progress options.
- Task sections in the life area and goal detail views can now be reordered, deleted, and converted into a goal.
