Publisher Champ Release Notes

• You can now upload your Amazon Attribution tags CSV files and let Publisher Champ automatically match them to your Meta Ads.
• This can save hours of manual work, especially if you manage many ads, books, campaigns, or Amazon countries.
• In simple terms: when a Meta Ad sends readers to the same destination URL as one of your uploaded Amazon Attribution tags, Publisher Champ connects that ad to the correct Attribution Ad group automatically.
• You can upload multiple country CSV files at once from the Amazon Attribution stats page.
• If a matching Meta Ad is not available yet, Publisher Champ remembers your uploaded tags and can assign the ad later after future Meta Ads syncs.
• Existing manual assignments are preserved. Publisher Champ only fills in missing Attribution Ad group assignments.

• You can now download and upload your Bookshelf title metadata as an Excel file instead of using CSV.
• This fixes issues with foreign titles, accents, and special characters being corrupted when opened in Excel.
• The Excel file preserves international characters in titles and author names, making bulk edits safer for multilingual catalogs.
• The old CSV download option has been removed from the Bookshelf bulk update modal to prevent encoding problems.
• Publisher Champ now accepts .xlsx files for bulk title metadata updates.
• Publication dates, aliases, formats, KENPC, series, and archived status can still be updated in bulk using the same workflow.

• You can now use the new Pre-Orders Table in Dashboard > Visual to see your pre-order titles in one clear view.
• The table shows each book’s cover, title, release date, and number of pre-orders.
• You can switch between Future Releases and Past Releases using the new toggle.
• Each row includes a Breakdown button so you can jump straight to the detailed pre-orders page for that title.

• You can now use the new Customize Dashboard button in Dashboard > Visual to control which dashboard sections are shown.
• The settings modal lets you show, hide, and rearrange dashboard sections in one place.
• Hidden sections no longer take up space on the dashboard, keeping your view cleaner and focused on the data you use most.
• The button also shows a quick summary of how many sections are currently hidden and showing.

By Country Redirects for Smart Links

• You can now set Smart Links to redirect readers to different URLs based on their country.
• This is useful for Amazon Attribution links, regional landing pages, or marketplace-specific campaigns.
• Add a required Default URL for readers whose country does not have a specific redirect set.
• Add country-specific URLs one by one, so readers from selected countries are sent exactly where you want them to go.
• Auto-localization only applies to the Default URL; country-specific URLs are always used exactly as entered.
• For example, you can send UK readers to a UK Amazon Attribution link, US readers to a US campaign link, and everyone else to your default book page.

• You can now switch the Ads Monitoring graph to a dedicated ROI by Book view.
• This helps you quickly see which books are improving, holding steady, or declining over time.
• Use the Top 10, Top 25, or All options to control how many books are shown on the graph.
• You can group the trend by Daily, Weekly, or Monthly to match the level of detail you need.
• The thicker Overall ROI line shows the combined ROI across all books, giving you a benchmark to compare individual titles against.
• Click legend items to select only the books you want to plot, making it easier to compare a few specific titles out of a larger catalog.
• Hover over a legend item to temporarily preview that title on the graph. If you already selected titles, the hovered title is shown alongside your current selection.
• Hovering over a date on the chart shows the ROI values for all visible books on that date.

• We have enhanced our IngramSpark data synchronization!
• From now onwards, IngramSpark data can be updated daily instead of waiting only for the monthly compensation reports.
• This gives you more up-to-date visibility of your IngramSpark performance between monthly report releases.
• Due to an IngramSpark limitation, and because they log users out after a few minutes, you will need to re-sync IngramSpark whenever you want fresh daily data.
• The good news is that this is a simple 1-step process on the Account setup page, just like Google Books and Apple Books.

• You can now switch how your Amazon Attribution table is displayed.
• Select either Attribution Tag View or Book View.
• Attribution Tag View keeps the original attribution-tag level breakdown with expandable book subtables.
• Book View combines all subtable rows into one larger table and aggregates results by book.
• Your selected view is saved automatically, so the table will reopen in the same mode next time.

• You can switch the table between daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly views depending on how closely you want to track your performance.
• The table includes Gross Royalties, Total Spend, Net Royalties, and ROI, making it easier for you to spot profitable periods and periods where spending may be too high.
• You can also expand Gross Royalties and Total Spend to see a more detailed breakdown of where your income and costs come from.
• This is especially useful if you run ads across multiple channels, track a launch, or review long-term profitability across different time periods.
