Trint unveils a boosted AI Assistant that analyzes transcripts in any language, extracts topics and sentiments, and delivers quick, copyable insights with helpful prompts. Mobile access is limited for reliability while web and desktop stay live, with improved realtime speaker recognition and a new speaker search. Bug fixes follow.
New ✨
Conversational AI Assistant We have enhanced Trint’s AI Assistant to allow users to interrogate their transcripts and translated files to extract rich insights such as key topics, sentiments and trends. This includes:
- Suggested prompts to help you get answers to things like ‘Extract interesting quotes’
- Pull out insights during Live and real-time events or after the fact with pre-uploaded content
- Ask questions and get answers in any language, regardless of the original transcript or translation file language
- Ask follow up questions and refine your insights and responses or generate a new answer to your question
- Quickly copy a response to paste in other files or applications
- Provide ‘good’ or ‘bad’ response feedback for Trint product teams to understand how to improve the experience
AI Assistant disable on mobile app To improve reliability of Trint’s new and improved AI Assistant, we have removed this feature from our mobile app so that it doesn’t impair the experience on older mobile phones. The AI Assistant feature will still be available on Trint’s web & desktop apps, however users will also be able to generate AI Summaries of transcripts on mobile.
Improved 👩💻
Automatic Speaker Recognition added to Realtime Speaker Recognition is available for Realtime transcripts, allowing speakers to be recognised after around 15 seconds of monologue. Speakers will need to be added to Trint and remembered for future transcripts at least once in the Realtime or a previous transcript.
Speaker name search filter Users can now search for specific speaker names across their Trint archive using the global search feature at the top of the Trint platform.
Bugs 🐞
- A number of small bugs have been spotted and fixed on the Trint iOS app including an error that was preventing some users from accessing their uploaded transcript.

Trint unveils a speaker‑focused AI Assistant, real‑time TRANSCRIPT_COMPLETE webhooks, and stronger ASR with the 1.27 model. Automatic Speaker Recognition goes live for all users, plus upload API auto‑scaling and tighter Content Security Policy for enhanced security.
New ✨
Ask about speakers to AI Assistant To make it easier to find meaningful moments and key quotes in their transcripts, users can now ask Trint’s AI Assistant questions about specific speakers. This can be utilised when transcribing long conferences/interviews with multiple participants to quickly find the insights you are looking for.
Realtime webhook trigger Trint users who have set-up webhook notifications for Realtime will now have better visibility to know when a Realtime has finished transcribing. The event “TRANSCRIPT_COMPLETE” will now be triggered.
Improved 👩💻

Automatic Speaker Recognition live for all users Trint users will now all have access to Trint’s Automatic Speaker Recognition feature. This can be disabled for an organization by speaking to your Customer Success Manager.
Auto-scaling for upload API We have implemented an auto-scaling feature for Trint’s upload API to reduce service disruptions for customers when a lot of upload requests are added at once. This new system can automatically adjust to capacity to improve the overall service.
Content Security Policy Updates We have applied stricter policies to the Trint web app to ensure the best security for user data. This includes tighter restrictions on scripts from arbitrary sources and outbound connection requests that may have been introduced by a user.
