Send a replacement shipment directly from the original order when a package is lost, damaged, or misdelivered.

What's new:

• Reship from the original order: The replacement links automatically to the original, keeping your history clean and easy to trace
• Original order stays intact: Your tracking and shipment details are preserved
• Stock adjusts automatically: Inventory updates when you create the reship
• Partial reships: Only resend the items you need to

How to access:

Visit the Shipped page → Click the dropdown under Actions → Select Reship → Click Next

You can now customize your invoices, packing slips, and pick lists with a new HTML Editor for full control, or toggle on new fields like product images, barcodes, and bin locations in the no-code editor.

What's new:

• HTML Editor: build custom documents with your logo, product images, barcodes, and order details, pulled in automatically at print time
• Live preview: check your changes as you go, without saving
• Multiple template versions: create and save multiple versions per document type
• Multi-brand support: assign templates to specific brands so the right one prints automatically
• New no-code fields: toggle on product images, barcodes, and bin locations without code

How to access:

Click Settings page →
Click Printing documents →
Click Add custom version → Customize any document and click Create Template

We are rolling out new improvements to Veeqo’s shipping experience, bringing you faster bulk shipping, smarter rate selection and built-in Amazon account health protection. As part of this upgrade, some older features will be retired when the new experience reaches your account.

Here’s what’s changing:

• Multi-piece shipments – shipments with multiple boxes will require a separate label for each package

• Custom Carrier API – ship with carriers built natively and available in Veeqo

• Stock Take – manage your inventory with Veeqo’s suite of inventory features

• Specialty carriers – certain carriers will not be supported in the new experience, including DHL eCommerce, APC, Israel Post, and Australia Post

These changes are part of our ongoing work to make Veeqo faster and smarter, with additional carriers and features to come.

What’s new

• In-app scan sound: Hear a confirmation beep every time a barcode is scanned, ideal for sellers using USB scanners that don’t emit sounds.
• Smart scan feedback: Distinct audio cues for successful scans vs. wrong item/scan failure alerts.
• Improved scan-to-pack experience: Combine this with the Scan to Pack workflow to verify items as you pack orders, reducing errors.

How to enable

1. Navigate to Settings → Printers, Scales & Scanners→Scanners
2. Toggle In-app sounds for USB Scanner Sounds to ON

Make sure Scan to Pack is enabled under Settings → General to get the full benefit.

Enhanced Orders UI experience, now live.

Manage allocations independently from full orders and filter to see the ones relevant to a specific warehouse. Instantly track which allocations have been picked, packed, or had documents printed right from the Orders page, so your team always knows what's already shipped and what's ready to go.

What's new

• Process multiple packages per order faster with our streamlined Orders UI.
• Reduce shipping errors and save time with instantly generated pick lists and packing slips for every order.
• Get clear visibility with streamlined order tracking. Track picking, packing, and shipping progress for multiple packages in one order.
• Speed up processing with keyboard shortcuts ([Option+1] to select rows, [Option+p] to print per shipment.

To customize your view: Go to Orders → Table Management → Adjust columns & save Views

Now you can see delivery dates for your sales channels right in Veeqo, including eBay, Walmart, and Shopify orders, just like your Amazon ones. Veeqo will then automatically select the best shipping label to meet each promise, helping you stay compliant with delivery targets.

• Sort by shortest delivery window.
• Select cost-effective shipping that meets delivery times.

We've added ZPL, PNG, and JPEG label formats in addition to the PDF to help you ship even faster.

Choose the format that works best for your workflow:

• ZPL format: Optimized for Zebra printers, maximizing warehouse efficiency.
• PNG format: Compatible with thermal printers like Dymo.
• JPEG format: Works with any printer, anywhere.
