What’s new

• In-app scan sound: Hear a confirmation beep every time a barcode is scanned, ideal for sellers using USB scanners that doesn’t emit sounds.
• Smart scan feedback: Distinct audio cues for successful scans vs. wrong item/scan failure alerts.
• Improved scan-to-pack experience: Combine this with the Scan to Pack workflow to verify items as you pack orders, reducing errors.

How to enable

• Navigate to Settings Printers, Scales & Scanners Scanners
• Toggle In-app sounds for USB Scanner Sounds to ON

Make sure Scan to Pack is enabled under Settings General to get the full benefit.

Enhanced Orders UI experience

Enhanced Orders UI experience, now live.
Manage allocations independently from full orders and filter to see the ones relevant to a specific warehouse. Instantly track which allocations have been picked, packed, or had documents printed right from the Orders page, so your team always knows what's already shipped and what's ready to go.

What's new

• 021 Process multiple packages per order faster with our streamlined Orders UI.
• 022 Reduce shipping errors and save time with instantly generated pick lists and packing slips for every order.
• 023 Get clear visibility with streamlined order tracking. Track picking, packing, and shipping progress for multiple packages in one order.
• 024 Speed up processing with keyboard shortcuts ([Option+1] to select rows, [Option+p] to print per shipment.

To customize your view: Go to Orders 1 Table Management 1 Adjust columns & save Views

Now you can see delivery dates for your sales channels right in Veeqo, including eBay, Walmart, and Shopify orders, just like your Amazon ones. Veeqo will then automatically select the best shipping label to meet each promise, helping you stay compliant with delivery targets.

Label formats

We've added ZPL, PNG, and JPEG label formats in addition to the PDF to help you ship even faster.

Choose the format that works best for your workflow:

• ZPL format: Optimized for Zebra printers, maximizing warehouse efficiency.
• PNG format: Compatible with thermal printers like Dymo.
• JPEG format: Works with any printer, anywhere.

OTDR Protection

Veeqo now offers OTDR (On-Time Delivery Rate) protection for your Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) and Premium Shipping orders.

What This Means for You:

When you use Veeqo to purchase shipping labels marked as "OTDR Protected," your delivery performance metrics will be safeguarded against late deliveries (when Amazon sets the delivery promises). This protection helps maintain your account health and program eligibility.

How to Get OTDR Protection with Veeqo:

• Enable Shipping Settings Automation in your Amazon shipping template
• Purchase your shipping labels through Veeqo
• Look for the "OTDR Protected" shield on your labels
• Ship your orders on time

Navigation Bar Redesign

We're excited to announce the redesign of Veeqo's navigation bar. The new top navigation bar will maximize your screen space, allowing you to view more orders simultaneously while providing one-click access to essential features like Orders, Inventory, and Profit Analyzer.

We've reorganized our tools into intuitive Fulfillment, Warehouse, and Analytics hubs, making it easier than ever to find what you need.

This redesign is a direct response to seller feedback, focusing on creating a more efficient workflow by reducing clicks and simplifying access to frequently used tools.
