Later Influence adds YouTube campaign tracking with live performance metrics, automatic reporting, creator content linking by campaign code, and linked content status in Workflow. The update helps teams evaluate creators and make smarter campaign decisions.

Big news! Later has partnered with YouTube to bring you a better way to track YouTube campaigns. You can now view the latest YouTube performance metrics in Later Influence to help you evaluate creators and make more informed campaign decisions.

    • Track linking status: View the status of linked YouTube content directly from the Workflow > Content tab.

Add and Import Creator Handles Across More Networks

Later Influence adds more flexible creator import and profile creation, supporting handles across major social networks and making email optional in CSV imports for easier, more accurate setup.

We’ve made adding and importing creators more flexible, so your team can build richer, more accurate creator records from the start.

The Add and Import flows now support the full range of social networks available on the platform, so creator profiles can include the channels where they are actually active.

You can now add or import creator handles across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitter/X, Website, and Mavely. Email is also optional in the CSV import flow, making it easier to bring creators into Later Influence even when contact details are not immediately available.

A faster way to manage draft reviews

Later Influence adds draft uploads in Workflow with two-way sync to Later Social and a built-in audit trail.

You can now upload drafts on behalf of creators directly within Workflow — making it easier to keep campaigns moving without unnecessary back-and-forth.

    Here's how it works:

    • Two-way sync with Later Social — drafts uploaded by either the brand or creator automatically appear across both platforms
    • Built-in audit trail — every draft clearly shows who uploaded it for added visibility and accountability

Minimum % Filters for Instagram and TikTok Audience Location

Later Influence adds precise audience location filters for Instagram and TikTok creators, letting users set a minimum percentage threshold so they can surface creators whose audience better matches their target market.

Find creators whose audience actually matches your target market. You can now filter Instagram and TikTok creators by the exact percentage of their audience from a specific location, anywhere from 0 to 100%. A creator with an 11% audience share in your target market and one with 75% are no longer treated the same. Now, you have the ability to set your minimum threshold and surface only the creators whose audience composition truly fits your campaign.

    How to use it:

    Scroll to

    Location

→ select "Country is" → "At least" → drag the slider to set your minimum percentage.

Stay tuned! Minimum percent filters will soon be rolled out across all other Audience demographic filters.

    Campaign Budgeting in Later Influence

Later Influence releases real-time Campaign Budgets insights, showing allocated, paid, and remaining amounts in-platform to streamline campaign planning.

    Campaign Budgets

Later Influence now supports Campaign Budgets, giving you a real-time view of how much of your budget has been allocated, paid out, and remaining directly in the platform.

Previously, getting a clear picture of campaign spend meant manually pulling data into Salesforce or a spreadsheet. Now that visibility is built in, so you can plan and manage campaigns without the extra legwork.

Instagram Insights Updating Window Expanded (25 → 100 Posts)

Later Influence expands Instagram insights window from 25 to 100 posts and adds a manual Refresh Instagram Insights button.

Previously, Later Influence refreshed performance data for a creator's 25 most recent Instagram posts. For high-volume creators, that meant a post could fall out of the tracking window quickly and insights would stop updating.

We've expanded that window from 25 to 100 posts, significantly reducing the chance of losing performance data mid-campaign.

A manual "Refresh Instagram Insights" button is also on the way, giving you a way to pull updated data even when a post or campaign no longer meets the automatic refresh criteria.

Public Campaign Summary in Campaign Setup → Brief

Later Influence releases Public Campaign Summary in Campaign Setup to control what creators see before acceptance, protecting sensitive briefs while showcasing timelines, compensation, content style, and platforms. Existing campaigns won’t change automatically; users must add a Public Campaign Summary to enable the new behavior.

    Public Campaign Summary

Your campaign briefs contain sensitive stuff: creative concepts, scripts, and strategic documents you wouldn’t want just anyone to access. Until now, all of it was visible to anyone browsing Find Campaigns. That’s no longer the case.

With the new Public Campaign Summary (found in the Brief tab in Campaign Setup), you control what creators see before they’re accepted. Use it to sell them on the opportunity share timelines, compensation, content style, and platforms - while keeping the details that matter most under wraps until the right creators are in.

Already have campaigns running? Existing briefs won’t change automatically. You’ll need to add a Public Campaign Summary to enable the new behavior.

    Why Hashtags Are Trending

Social Listening releases AI-powered explanations for trending hashtags, turning raw data into contextual insights. Users can hover over a hashtag to see an AI-generated rationale, revealing why it gains traction and helping teams move from metrics to narrative intelligence.

We’ve introduced AI-powered explanations for trending hashtags, turning raw data into clear, contextual insights. This feature helps you understand why a hashtag is gaining traction—not just that it is. Just hover over the hashtag to invoke the modal!

    Why it matters

You can now move beyond surface-level metrics and tap into the narrative behind the trend. It's one more step toward turning social listening into actionable intelligence.

    What to expect

Each trending hashtag will now include a short, AI-generated explanation. In rare cases where data is insufficient, no explanation may appear—but we expect this to be the exception.

    Competitive Benchmarking V2

Social Listening releases an updated navigation bar that lets users switch between views and manage up to five separate competitor lists for different brands, with cloning to jump-start new comparisons. This enables clearer, brand-level insights and faster multi-brand strategy for pitches and tracking.

    • Create and manage multiple competitor lists (up to 5) for your different brands
    • Clone competitor lists to jump-start new comparisons

    How this helps you

Segmenting competitor analysis by brand unlocks clearer strategic insights. Quickly compare performance across industries or market positions without rebuilding lists each time.
